Our host Edina was there to greet us and show us the facilities when we arrived. She is lovely! The room had an outstanding breakfast provided. Everything one could want in a continental breakfast and more. No cooking facilities so no hot food but there is a toaster and a fantastic selection of cereal, pastry, yoghurt, fresh fruit, etc etc. The apartment is lovely, clean and spacious. The outdoor setting is beautiful, parking is easy and plenty of space. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower.

The only slight downside was a bit of a lack of light in the bathroom where the mirror/sink was. Not much of an issue generally, just made shaving a bit more tricky. Could be my bad eyesight though!

Great location, nice spacious rooms, comfy bed, beautiful surroundings, very clean and tidy … and Edina was truly AMAZING, she went out of her way to help us and make our stay amazing, would definitely stop here again

The entrance could have better signage (it’s so easy to miss it and drive by) and the initial driveway is in dire need of repaving/resurfacing, it is riddled with potholes, lumps and bumps, my car is lowered so it only ”just” made it over without grounding, not a big deal if you don’t have a sporty car though and it wouldn’t put us off from stopping here again, you just have to drive very carefully, it would be perfect if they got this sorted out though

Great stay in lovely accommodation. Host was so friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. I requested gluten free breakfast and it was an amazing choice and fresh fruit, yoghurts & cheese wonderful. Accommodation too class comfortable, very clean comfy bed and warm. Would highly recommend very peaceful location but in village near places to eat and visit. Thank you for a lovely stay

The surrounding area is stunning, we was woken up by the sound of birds chirping and horses grazing. The barn suite is very comfortable, good size and true to advertisement, elegant and stylish. We would recommend highly.

The mattress was a little harder than I'm used too, other than that everything was top tier.

Everything was of an extremely high standard. The accommodation was eceptionally clean, cosy and comfortable . Each day the fridge was restocked with milk, juice, butter , cheese and jam. A selection of breads, fruit, cereals, sweets etc were available and restocked daily. Edina was a superb host

No negatives at all

The layout isn't a traditional B&B room. There is a large comfortable living room and upper floor bedroom and bathroom. The whole property is well presented, has quality furniture and the location is beautiful with fields and countryside.

Some people may not like the spiral staircase, but we felt it added a special feature to the property that made the upstairs light and airy, We loved the layout and the staircase added to this.

Lovely location. Excellent shower. Continental breakfast was amazing with fruit,juice,yoghurts, toast, croissants, cereal, together with other little extras thrown in. The host was very accommodating and looked after us very well. Will certainly use again.

The property was very warm at night, but nothing that could not be sorted out on a future visit.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and very clean. The owner was really helpful. Would thoroughly recommend. Also a very good pub in the village fir dinner

Nothing everything was fine

It was very clean and comfortable, with a generous amount of food provided for breakfast. Edina was lovely, helpful and welcoming. There's a useful shop in walking distance and the village is very pretty, with some good walking nearby.

We couldn't fault the room or the welcome. Slightly disappointed that the nearby pub wasn't open when we visited.

Great location spotless and breakfast was so healthy and lot's of choice 2nd time we have stayed definitely are number one choice to stay when we visit family
