The location was perfect, situated on the beach front. Gary the bnb owner was kind and very helpful. My room was lovely and had all I needed. The sea view was amazing! Plenty of tea and coffee. Breakfast was delicious! Cereal, yoghurts and fruit and the option to have a full English. Restaurants and shops minutes away. Buses 5 minute walk to various locations like Durdle door and Ludworth cove....which is a must! Beautiful harbour near by plus an amazing Fort with lovely gardens. The town is lovely with so many independent, quirky shops. Just great!

It rained for a few hours on my second day. That's all I could think of lol.

Fantastic location, very handy for everything. Gary and Dawn were lovely and very helpful (especially the giant ice cream recommendation!). Breakfast was nice and very quick to arrive. The parking permit made a huge difference and we were very grateful to have that.

Noise - wasn't a huge issue and didn't bother us but the road outside is busy and a bit noisy. But if you want a sea view it is what you will get in all the hotels along the front. For me it was worth it as the view was stunning. If you want a quieter room then give up the sea view and book a room at the back.

The room was to a superb standard, clean, spacious, had a mini fridge, fan, proper size pillows and not ones flat as pancakes, plenty of storage, tv, coffee and tea as much as you like which is fab, and even a dining room table with a couple chairs. Fantastic views of the seafront. A brief walk to Weymouth town centre, and all on the flat. Gary, the owner, was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, constantly asking if we were alright and if there was anything else he could get us. I have a dietary requirement, and Gary saw to it that my breakfast was prepared to how I needed it, which was greatly appreciated. A lovely chap and a credit to the establishment. We will be back.

Great location , close to the beach and restaurants. Close to Sea Life in Weymouth which is well worth the visit. Our room was spacious, clean and must have been refurbished recently as the bathroom was spotless. Room had all the amenities you expect. I appreciated the super soft towels, very comfy bed and extras for kids like books and toys for the beach. I was surprised how quiet the place was (in a good way). We did not hear the neighbours or any noises from the street so had a good , relaxing break. The hosts were super nice and happy to help. I cannot rate the breakfast as we did not have it there. I recommend to Families and couples .

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the sea, which made our beach trips incredibly convenient. An added bonus was the hotel's proximity to the train station, only a 5-minute walk away, making transportation very easy. We were also lucky to experience a trade fair on the beach, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the local events. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we look forward to visiting again!

Excellent owners, they we're both friendly, polite and could tell they loved what they do. The position was great as beach outside and no noise at night. 10 minute walk from train station. That section of the beach was rocky for most part, we didn't mind it to much though. Breakfast was delicious, ingredients were good quality and cooked just right. Good choice of cereal, oats and yoghurt if that's your thing.

As a larger guy a slightly bigger shower would have been great as the bathroom is a really good size. But that's nit-picking. Edenhurst was great

We stayed here for 7 nights. Warm and friendly welcome, with a nice cup of tea. The room and facilities were very good and clean. and comfortable (a bit querky to get on to the balcony through the widow) that has a lovely sea view over the bay.Excellent breakfast. Nothing was to much trouble for host Garry and Pam.Thanks both for our enjoyed stay with you. We highly recommen this place. Babs and Frank.

As the place is situated on the main road the traffic is a bit noisy when the window is open.

Lovely proper British b and b.Gary the owner very friendly and helpful from time of booking.Never having stayed in a b+b ,it's exactly what I envisioned.The room was large ,with high ceilings and clean ,with little extras all thought of.The view was amazing from our balcony,I might well as been sitting on the beach for how close we were.The balcony was perfect for sitting out and watching the sun rise and set .Good breakfast to start the day,comfy bed and very central to every thing.

Excellent hosts! Friendly and always available to help. We all really loved it. They went above and beyond. The breakfast room has gorgeous views to the sea. There is no parking but they were able to provide us with a guest permit for a nearby car park. Excellent location, we didn'tneed to use the car at all, walking distance to everything. Our little one loved the biscuits and hot chocolate that were provided in the room as complimentary refreshments. There were children books to borrow for reading and colouring. Warm hospitality and family friendly.

We liked everything. We had a very spacious room with a sea view. The location is great - the sea is right in front of the hotel! The room had everything you need, the bed was comfortable. It was quiet inside the hotel. The sounds from the street did not cause any inconvenience. The hosts were polite and attentive. They changed our room one floor lower, thank you very much for that. Everything was great! I want to go back there again.
