The rooms were clean, the overall facilities were great. Good location. The breakfast was great. Most of the staff were very helpful. The bar and restaurant lovely.

We had a family room, the initial room we checked into was a little small, fortunately we were able to upgrade to a larger room. Whilst our room was decorated lovely, I did note other rooms were really very nice, I was advised that the family rooms were all the same and in the same building. The bed was very comfortable but unfortunately I couldn't say the same for the sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable, housekeeping did provide some extra mattress toppers which helped but still wasn't great.

The hotel room was very comfortable and the bathroom and towels were great. The food was amazing in the restaurant and the service excellent. The breakfast was also really good.

The pool was very disappointing. It had no outside windows, it is completely enclosed which gives it a difficult atmosphere. The ladies changing room was filthy with tissues all over the floor and seating and even a couple of used q-tips. There was also a strong smell of urine as if someone had peed on the floor. The bin for the towels was overflowing when we arrived but this was cleared away when we went back to change.

I stayed in the Old School House area and absolutely loved the room. Decoration was perfectly in keeping, very stylish and comfortable. Wonderfully large rainwater style shower in the bathroom. Housekeeping was spotless (I work in hospitality myself so always find myself snagging a room upon arrival). The breakfast was fantastic, so many options and all freshly topped up. Extremely impressed. I was visiting family and will will be telling other family members how wonderful De Vere Beaumont was. I can't wait to visit again.

Nothing, it was all fantastic. Loved it. There must have been a wedding or event on (i'm a wedding coordinator myself) so could just about hear when trying to listen for music but it was so muffled I didn't notice at all when in my room. Good soundproofing then.

Had such a lovely stay here on Saturday the room we stayed in was in the main House had a lovely card and chocolates left in the room. We used to pool and the buffet restaurant food was really nice and amazing value. We had a lovely walk around the grounds in the morning before leaving Will definitely return again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Pool was a bit crowded with lots of kids and floats everywhere. Maybe a suggestion would be some adult only time slots. It was a bit noisy in the room when we decided to go to bed as there was a wedding party going on but the noise did go down after midnight so it wasn't to bad. .

The decor of the hotel is particularly good. There is nothing at all 'cut and paste' about it - there are themed collections of objets d'art (some quirky), Victorian/Edwardian era photos and memorabilia, all over the walls not just in the corridors but within the rooms. Even the telephones in the rooms are old-school (you actually get to DIAL) so that nothing jars the impression of late Edwardian, gentlemen's club tranquility.... The grounds are stunning, with modern bronze sculptures and of course the moving war memorial. DON'T MISS looking inside the chapel, either- exquisite ceiling.. now equipped for functions with a hip bar! The pool was wonderful- much larger than your usual hotel pool, and changing rooms were clean and spacious... the fitness room was vast and fairly cold (as it should be! for proper workouts). Breakfast was great... Supper in the 1705 even better (especially the fresh baked artisanal breads), and I must shout out especially to our server Suleiman, whose joy and pride in his work were outstanding. We will return!

We had a deluxe room, number 2014 with a garden view. Our room was very clean and comfortable, albeit on the small size. The bathroom was spotless! Breakfast and dinner were top notch, very delicious and never any problem getting a table.

No written information in the room about the hotel eg. what time breakfast was, what time dinner was, which restaurants they were both in. No information about the facilities in the hotel either. The hairdryer in our room was very dirty and extremely sticky to the touch. I had to try and wipe it clean as best as I could before using it but it was still pretty grubby! When booking the hotel it stated that bathrobes were included but on arrival there were none in the room. We had to go down to reception and ask them to deliver some to the room for us.

Set in quiet location, (apart from the flights re Heathrow) but nothing you can do about that! The grounds were well kept. We liked the connecting rooms very much, being together as opposed to opposite ends of the hotel. Staff very very pleasant and very helpful, arranging a taxi to take us to Windsor Castle. The food in respect of breakfast was excellent, lots of choice.

The shower was over the bath, which meant my elderly mother with mobility issues struggled to get in and out of the bath! There was no hairdryer or fridge in our room. Could do with a lounge area with more comfortable lower seating as opposed to all the high seating and tables

Lovely hotel, well equipped for kids playground and lots of extra details. Pool was great addition too. Breakfast fabulous choice and plentiful.

No air con which usually wouldn't be a problem however we stayed on one of the hottest nights of the year and even with them providing 2 fans we still had to venture to the car park at 1am to cool down. The security guard was amazing and even suggested we change rooms for the next evening which unfortunately they couldn't accommodate as they were fully booked. Longer time in the pool 7pm close was a little too early especially after a busy day sightseeing. The 6-7 swim.time was extremely busy.

Great room, lovely view, we were in 2001. Buffet evening meal changed every day Staff were very helpful It was our 46th wedding anniversary, and we were given free glass of Proseco, which was a very nice gesture.

The 3 course buffet evening meal should have had coffee freely available, we had to ask the manager for it as a special. I got locked out my locker in the swimming book, and had to go into reception in just my swimming costume. Also signage on changing room doors cannot have been very clear because when I was naked, and locked out of my locker a young woman came into the changing room!

This property is beautiful, it exuded luxury throughout the buildings - it had expansive manicured lawns and historic and new buildings tastefully decorated with fairy lights at night The standard room we chose would have been classed as deluxe in other hotels Room was spacious, comfy bed and lovely fluffy towels, nicely furnished, biscuits as an extra, blockout curtains We loved it Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold as well as providing vegan, gluten free and a selection of fruits for the health conscious. Plenty of parking Beautiful grounds to explore Reception Staff were friendly and helpful
