Generous offer to check in early, friendly welcome by Caroline, the owner, upon arrival. Secure off street parking. Room small but decorated and furnished with taste and care. Very clean. Provision of bath robe and slippers (which we didn‘t use, but nice touch). Very pleasant toiletries. Kettle and ample coffee/ tea/ milk provided. (A suggestion would be to offer a small water bottle each). Beds were comfortable but we should have opted for a king size rather than the requested twin beds (reason was snoring). The beds were next to the wall and on their own are naturally somewhat narrow for turning. Breakfast was served with a friendly smile and attentiveness. The breakfast room is small but very tastefully furnished and with pretty tableware. A choice of options is available. Full English was perfectly cooked and of very good quality. Orange juice, fresh melon and other fruit, Joghurts, cereals, croissants, muffins and toast and jam were all on offer. We would definitely return, if we were to stay overnight in Windsor.

We requested twin beds, so that was how the room was made up, we would however opt to go for a king size bed next time, as it would be more comfortable for the room size.

Caroline, the owner, was fantastic and always ready to help in any way. The breakfast options were plenty to choose from and so delicious. Bed was quite comfy. The entire place is simply charming. Again, Caroline was just the best host one could ask for. I would enjoy being able to stay there again in the future.

Only one minor thing and it was probably my timing. On only one occasion, the shower water was either way too hot or way too cold and i had to be quick to get out of the way of spray. More than likely I decided to take a shower when everyone else decided same! Again, a minor inconvenience

Very generous carering from the owner, Caroline. Breakfast was made by her and on request: eggs (done any way you want), bacon, tea, toast, etc. Refilling the tea set and replacing towels when out during the day was very much appreciated too. She even gave me some gauze and bandage tape after I fell and scraped my knee! Good consistent wifi, clean and comfortable room, not too noisy despite being just off a busy road, and it's right across the street from a decent pub. Right near a bus stop where you can get to the castle/LHR airport, or arrive after getting off at the train station.

Shower was somewhat weak and difficult to adjust to the right temperature.

The customer service received from Caroline was exceptional. There was nothing she wouldn't do to make the stay comfortable. When showing us the room, she noticed a light had gone out in the bathroom and this was fixed by the next day! The breakfast was delicious and had generous portions. The attention to detail was impossible to fault. The room, shower, bathroom and bedding were all spotlessly clean.

There was nothing to dislike. The TV in the room kept losing signal intermittently, but we didn't stay in the room for long other than to shower and sleep. I have to admit, I felt the price was a little steep until I arrived and received the service we did.

Host was lovely. Room was super comfortable. Location was great. Cleaned daily and fresh complimentaries daily. Breakfast was good great selection and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were really comfortable but needed firmer pillows

Hot tap in bathroom really stiff may need a plumber to sort it. Tv in the room positioning not great. Could have used firmer pillows but im nit picking. Was a great stay and for the for the first time I slept well every night I was there which has never happened on a break away ever!

Very pleasurable stay, the property/room was very clean and had everything including tea-making facilities which was very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was cosy, very clean and pretty with a rather comfortable bed. Caroline is a very friendly and extremely helpful host and I would like to thank her very much for letting me stay on whilst I was waiting for my transport. Thanks again for all the help.

There's nothing that could have been improved.

Park Farm was lovely and a great base for us. The breakfast was excellent and Caroline even made us bacon sandwiches to take out one morning as we were off early to Wentworth. Caroline was the perfect host and we can’t wait to return.

The only thing was the tv as after 15 mins we lost the channel and had to start the programme again which happened on two nights but would not stop us coming back, it was just annoying !

Clean and tidy with lots of additional features. Breakfast plentiful and with options. Garden parking area nicely laid out with lots of parking. For a group like ours where each couple drove separately, an extra couple of spaces would be handy, but it’s an easy option to shuffle cars if need be. Extractor in bathroom could be connected to the light so it comes on automaticallly for ease of use and the odd dim guest.

I liked everything. A couple of small maintenance issues will soon rear their head but for now everything is fine. Clean and welcoming and friendly

Fantastic B & B. Everything about this property was top drawer. Furniture in room was really nice. We had a lovely breakfast and our host, Caroline, was just wonderful. Told us about local restaurants and we had to go into London and gave us advice on what was the easiest way to get to the station. We had to leave early to get to Heathrow and they opened the dining area early for us. Nothing seemed to difficult for them.

Caroline was a wonderful host. Very friendly, helpful and most professional. The breakfast was excellent, as was the room, the bathroom, the bed and the little extras such as bathrobes, slippers and the beautiful Denbyware crockery in the dining room. The general ambiance of Park Farm is warm and welcoming, it's spotlessly clean and it's just a delightful place to stay!

I hardly like to say this and I don't want to sound picky, but a little more variety of fruit would have been nice at breakfast.
