I lOVED meeting Ladonna and Cathy! I had little interaction with Ladonna, but she was kind and welcoming when we arrived! Cathy, however, is an amazing person. I was able to speak with her at length as my daughter completed an application for scholarship at Auburn University. She is an incredible woman of strength, humor, kindness and faith. I will never forget Cathy and am thankful to have met her. (I hope she is drinking lots of water!) Please tell Cathy I said 'hi' and consider it a blessing to have spent time talking with her! The room was very comfortable, and the staff were cordial and helpful.

The breakfast offered several options, but the omelets weren't hot. The scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage were "just okay" in my opinion. It would be nice to have a microwave in the breakfast area to heat up the pastries or muffins, if desired.

more variety for the breakfast and sitting space. had to take my breakfast to my room and then it was cold. No microwave in the room to heat up anything. Only microwave was on the first floor and I was on the third. whomever the person helping with the kitchen was very short with everyone when asking questions.

Had a great experience during my stay at the Hampton INN. The on-site front desk host were excellent. Drake and the other associate ( I forgot her name. Black older lady works the evening shift) we’re very helpful and accommodating. I was hesitant to stay at the location because of the outside appearance, however the inside was immaculate. And the welcoming atmosphere sealed the deal. I will be back. Thank you.

Easy access. comfortable bed and nice shower

Housekeeping - frig had someone else’s leftovers in it. called front desk after I checked in to send housekeeping the next day. housekeeping came but still didn’t clean out frig. no one at front desk.

breakfast had an amazing complementary selection! Snacks available as you walk in great service!

the lady at check in was very rude , and seemed like she didn't care about us due to our age

good variety, coffee was excellent Area was perfect for breakfast service.

air-conditioning fan was a little noisy but...when you're tired it was not a problem...at least it was nice and cool

Proximity to interstate. Large room. Nice welcoming staff.

Beds sort of bouncy. Took long time to get hot water. Hallways way too cold. Could hear traffic on highway.

Sleep with delight and no noise

The first room , the entrance door would not close on its on. When cleaning, noticed a lot of hair in the bathroom. Did not sit well with me.

The breakfast was very good !!

I can’t think of anything that could have been better. I only wish we could have stayed longer. It was so convenient to a variety of good restaurants.
