Convenient location to places we visited; great selection for breakfast that was included in our rate; efficient, helpful and friendly staff. We especially want to recognize the following staff for being very friendly, helpful with directions, and working hard to make ours, a wonderful experience: Dakiecia Frizzle, Assistant General Mgr; Vivian Glover, Sales Mgr; Mia Amison, Front Desk Supervisor, Jerome at the front desk, and "Momma" Rosie, who provided us with a wonderful smile along with great breakfast offerings!

Nothing that we didn't like.....it was all good!

During our stay the front desk staff were very friendly, kind, and informative! Also I had a coffee spill at the front door and went to get napkins to clean it up my self but a kind gentleman employee of yours saw it and right away and said to me “oh no Mam, I will take care of that for you” and so I applaud all of your staff!

The food choices were exceptional and tasty. the time frame was in my time frame for my work. the location of the breakfast was acceptable not crowded

Breakfast was great!! Multiple options and very filling.

The bathtub facet was leaking and the bathroom door didn’t shut so I still heard it dripping as I tried to sleep. The tub would drain during my bath despite using drain plug so I had to refill several times.

The staff at Hampton/Mountain Brook were very accommodating to my request to change my room to a room with a microwave and refrigerator.

There was a discrepancy between the price of my stay when I booked the room through booking.com and the price on my receipt at checkout. Two other guests had a similar issue. The also reserved their rooms through booking.com. The hotel staff member, Mia, made it right prior to me leaving the property. I thanked her for taking care of this matter. She was very professional and should be recognized for her efforts.

Front desk staff was very accommodating in putting my family in adjoining rooms. There are apparently only 2 on each floor, and are doubles instead of kings. Have to also give a shout out to the maids, as they were able to cheerfully responded to our requests.

The breakfast was great and the staff kept everything stocked and was in the breakfast area cleaning often and offering help. They also kept the coffee and hot chocolate/tea area clean and stocked. They patiently helped me find my way through the lodging process--they truly were great here. It was also in walking distance of good food/treats and the lobby was clean and nice for my boss and I to meet.

I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay.

Good breakfast menu but serving room was tight for several people at once.

Error in final bill; room rate for 2nd night inaccurate. Also, not even minimal room touch up on 2nd day.

Location was great, check in was easy, and the room was clean and nice.

I brought my dog with me, which was great, but there is very little space to walk him unless you walk to the far end of the parking lot.

It's right next door to Wendy's and also next door to it taziki's... The sofa bed was real comfortable. It actually had a thick nice mattress so that made a huge difference... It smelled very clean all throughout the building and inside the rooms and down the hallways.... It had a nice breakfast.. also plenty of space to park.
