A quick overnight on cross country road trip. The hotel was a convenient off and on the interstate. Room was clean, bed and pillows comfy. Very large room with ample bathroom space. We did not use the kitchenette, but looked well appointed. Grab and go breakfast was better than most.....hot breakfast sandwiches wrapped to go, juice and the coffee was good. Will keep this on our radar for a future stay.

I think all hotels are priced very high now.....I have been traveling for years for business and the prices now have gone up very much.

The property is very well located, close to Walmart, Sam’s club n other places to eat. It’s clean. The lady that was there when we arrived was WONDERFUL, she was very helpful and friendly. To my surprise we had free breakfast in the morning and it was really good too. l would recommend this place.

the only thing l didn’t like is that l was able to hear everything that was happening above me.(walking, running water,etc)

I loved the property’s location, as well as it’s unique layout! I felt like I was staying in this safe gated community where my children, at their age, could go into the gym or the central courtyard area safely to play or swim because of the security measures put into place. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and had everything we needed! DEFINITELY worth the price! We are actually coming back to stay again in the next few days because of our positive experience!

Truly nothing! Really the only inconvenience it that our building’s guest laundry room was out of service, but it seemed to be due to remodeling. There were others available!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tammy (?) at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and an upgrade that was very helpful for our family. We needed extra blankets which were delivered quickly and with a warm smile. We didn't need the kitchen facilities in general but it was very nice to have access to everything for next time or a longer stay.

Blankets were old and not soft but they did the job.

This faciity was very clean and the staff was super nice. The breakfast was better than expected on a typical continental breakfast. The room was clean and just as pictured.

The only things that needed upgraded were the bed mattress and the shower pressure. We like a firm matterss but this mattress was super thin.

This was the best hotel I've stayed in on my travels and I'm in hotels 10 months out of the year. The rooms are like a mini apartment, clean, comfortable, staff was excellent, prices was good. I will be coming back here every year i come to Birmingham

There was nothing i didn't like other than being able to see the extended stay next door

Our first room was super dirty, however, they got us a new room very quickly! They were super nice about everything and kept apologizing. For the price, it was pretty good. We had no other problems after that

first room was not clean.

STAFF IS AMAZING. Love the feel of the hotel - cozy, comfortable. Love the room setup. Love the security with the gates.

Breakfast - items weren't restocked at 8:00 (closes at 8:30). Sign said that you couldn't take food back to rooms. One tiny bar of soap in room. Towels were tiny and you only got 2. No pillows for pull out bed. Kitchen not well stocked.

The staff was great especially the front desk people and I enjoyed the coffee.

The grits were cold we had to take them to our room and warm them. Would have settled for just some pancakes or waffles. Would love to see some housekeeping at least a change of towels.

EVERYTHING.GREAT LOCATION,VERY CLEAN.STAFF AT FRONT DESK WAS VERY PATIENT AN KIND.WITH MY CHECK.IN.THE SUITE WAS VERY CLEAN AN COMFORTABLE AND THE BREAKFAST WAS TOP NOTCH..MOST DEFINITLY WILL COMEBACK AN USE THE SONESTA SUITES IN MY TRAVELS.
