The front desk staff displayed outstanding customer service upon arrival on July 27th. They were the utmost professionals. The bar staff exhibited friendly, professional service with great recommendations.

On day three of our stay the housekeeper, Marsha, had not cleaned our room upon our afternoon return at approximately 2:00 pm. We inquired why our room had not been cleaned, Marsha replied: " there were blankets under the sheet." We informed Marsha the blankets could have been removed. Marsha immediately responded back negatively with unprofessional responses.

The location is fantastic, but the hotel would be special no matter where it’s located. The architecture of the hotel, the special finishes, the furnishings, incredible local art work and incredible staff all make this a one-of-a-kind. Front desk personnel were the friendliest anywhere. The hotel manager showed a special interest in showcasing the art and special architectural touches. The diing room had great food, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Can’t say enough good things about this new addition to the Homewood/Mtn Brook neighborhood.

Steamer in room for garments is nice idea for clothes that don't iron well but it is no substitute for an iron and ironing board. On a trip where mostly dress clothes are the needed, big negative.

This is a very nice hotel in the Homewood area which has restaurants and bars nearby. It also has a nice restaurant. The situation of the hotel is perfect for visiting downtown Birmingham away from all the crowds and traffic. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean and quiet. My husband and I both thought the bed was very comfortable and inviting. We also had a lovely breakfast at the following morning at Ironwood Restaurant. The food was very tasty. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and we felt comfortable at our table.

I think the hotel was a bit over priced at $466 per night. This was for a king size bed with a sitting chair. Maybe I could have gotten a better price booking directly through Hilton instead of Booking.com. During our breakfast in the hotel's restaurant, the thing that was not up to par was the waiter could have been a little more attentive. He popped by to take our order. Someone else brought the food out. No one came by to see if we needed a drink refill. We flagged our server down in order to get the check.

Between the location, staff, facilities, friendliness, and value, the hotel met my every expectation.

It did not seem the floors were vacuumed very often.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The room was perfect but Gene in the valet is who stood out the most! He was so helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay! We will return and recommend staying here!

Excellent property in heart of cute Homewood. It is adjacent to many shops and restaurants and cute neighborhood to walk thru.

had a weekend getaway with my hubby. perfect location, everything is within walkable distance (food, coffee, shops); nice food and great rooms (new and clean). bar on the 2nd floor was great as well. Little shops around are the best

The valet (Jean) was the best! He offered tips on sight-seeing and activities around town. His friendliness and welcoming personality made us feel at home! We'll definitely be back!
