Everything was amazing, room was big and clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful

The outside grill worked but no one knew how, finally got it to work.. a few front desk staff members were not the most upbeat, just very short with people… I saw many families and it would be helpful if there was no smoking in the hotel area(pool, grilling area, fire pit area.) we were sitting outside grilling and eating dinner when a couple that was drinking came out and started chain smoking and talking on the phone…. We had to clean up our food and move back to our room because of the smoke…

My family was suppose to be on a 2 hour direct flight from Ft Lauderdale to New Orleans. Spirit Airlines cancelled our flight 2 hours before takeoff with no notification, nor any valid reason. We could not get a flight home so we rented a suburban and drove home, a 12 hour 52 min drive not including any stops. We drove from Ft Lauderdale to Daphne, AL and booked a room here, as it accommodated all 6 of us in one room. It was my first time staying at a Home 2 Suites hotel. I must say it was exceptional, so much so that I started to look up more Home 2 Suites locations in all of the cities I travel to for work. I am ditching Marriott and joining the Hilton Honors Program. Our stay really only involved going to sleep immediately and then leaving 4 hours before checkout to get back on the road so we could get home. The conversation in the car once we left was how nice, modern and clean the hotel was with a hot breakfast. We will definitely look up Home 2 Suites hotels in the future when we can plan to stay somewhere.

Everything was great. Might I suggest and handheld shower head detachment in the showers for a variable option.

Comfortable beds and fair pricing with spacious rooms. Clean and the shampoos and amenities provided were adequate and appreciated.

There wasn't anything that we did not like at the hotel. We did not have to pay for parking as it is on site and it was an easy stay and enjoyable. It is not one of the super upscale hotels but you aren't paying the high cost either, and it's very easy, safe, and accommodating and we would certainly be back.

the cleaning crew didn’t move the ottoman to vacuum and there were sunflower seed shells on the carpet under the ottoman when we had moved it. They looked like they had been chewed on so it grossed us out a bit (they were from a previous guest)

Ms. Jan and her staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and more than enough room.

We had to switch rooms and weren't able to keep the original bigger room that we booked. It was missing a TV and had really small ants in the bedroom.

The hotel was nice staff and breakfast along with the laundry. Room was huge with a refrigerator desk to work at. Pool was clean and nice. There were grills.

Gym equipment wasn't working. Treadmill and bike weren't working.

We were too late for breakfast on both days we stayed. The staff was very personable and made us feel right at home. Like being with old friends. The cleaning crew was outstanding. The grounds were spotless. This hotel is a 5 star hotel !

There was nothing I did not like.

The room was very spacious for the 4 of us and included a sofa bed which we didn't use. This was a quiet, well lit facility located in an area which appears to be safe. We were comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast consisted of a good variety of hot and cold options, including oatmeal, egg and meat croissants, waffles with toppings available, toast, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, along with orange, apple, and cranberry juices. White and chocolate milk in plastic bottles, also. Easy access to I-10.

Would have enjoyed eggs a la carte, with a variety of meats available. Croissants are not my favorite, but I did eat them and they were good. I prefer biscuits. The weekend rate was a little pricy, BUT comparable to other area hotels just coming out of the Covid restrictions.

it was little on the pricey side, wish there had been a smaller room option as i didn’t even stay a full 24 hours. but definitely worth it for the cleanliness

Excellent value for the money , certainly will look for this hotel chain when traveling, consider trying. Hotel was in good location close to interstate
