Everything was fine except the items noted below

The air/heater is located FAR TOO HIGH, especially for a handicapped accessible room. I could not see the control buttons to adjust the temperature properly... I certainly couldn't climb on a chair to see the controls that is POOR PLANNING! Also...advertised as free wifi... but was never able to log in...even after clarifying with front desk staff. If a separate account is used for guests, it is obviously not available all over the property. This should be addressed IMMEDIATELY.

Shantel, Latisa and Konya addressed whatever issues we had and made us very comfortable.

The first room we got had no hot water and a bad smell and we were moved to another room. The area was kind of noisy due to location near I-10. The coffee machine and juice machine were out of order but Latisa made coffee and delivered it to my spouse, perfect!

The condition the building was well kept and looked very good considering the hotels age.

Dirty in the common stairway. Also my room 212 had something’s that could be repaired or updated. Like door hinge, toilet water pressure, paint peeling on ceiling. But even with these areas for Improvement, I’m still wowed at how modern and clean the room décor was.

The location was a good central location in Mobile. Walk to the civic center was easy. The hotel is a little older but was clean and the beds were comfy. Fairly quiet location. The breakfast was edible and appreciated.

The location was great for the event we went for. The rooms were clean and well organized. They had a good breakfast selection and the staff kept that area clean and made sure there was plenty of things ti get.

I didn’t like the rooms air conditioner/heater had a problem changing temps on it and it was either pretty cold or really warm but couldn’t make it stay at a comfortable spot.

The staff was exceptional.

The entire room's floor was horrible. It looked as if it hadn't been mopped in months. The bottom of everyone's feet were black just by walking from one end of the bed to the other. We had to wear shoes each time we needed to walk through the room.

I loved the location, and the walkability to Downtown Mobile so much that I ended up staying a second night just so that I could explore more of the Downtown area. The hotel is pretty cute, with large rooms, dated but functional furniture, and nice windows that look out over the pool. Cast Iron railings along the balconies to get into the rooms kinda made it for me.

They could really clean the floors better; my feet would turn black whenever I got out of bed to use the bathroom. I think it's slightly overpriced for the quality of the rooms, and they have a ton of dead space for some reason. They're just set up in a strange way. You have to pay to park, but the electronic system and the machine that you have to use is pretty easy and the price was negligible.

The staff was the very best part of my stay. I liked the breakfast.

My TV didn't work and the WiFi signal was too weak to reach my room.
