Everything appeared clean and in good repair. You could see a little wear and tear but nothing major. The pool was a good temperature (not too cold). The hot tub was very small (3 people max) but was hot and worked. We really enjoyed the hot tub! Staff were friendly and very helpful!

The breakfast was okay. They had a small variety of foods. We appreciated it was buffet style and not grab and go. If we stay there again we will plan to get breakfast at McDonalds or something.

I would really like to think the front desk I think her name was Karen she was very kind and helpful. I had book through booking.com and they had my first name as my last name and we could not find my reservation but she searched until she found it . I am very grateful. I would also like to think the house keeping manager she was just great. Our room was nice and comfortable. They both are great asset to your company.

A longer stay to see the city.

I liked the fact that the front desk clerk was welcoming and courteous during check in. The hotel was clean. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The furniture is older which is fine but it did not allow for easy access to charge electronics near the bed. We had to plug up across the room. The air conditioner was a lil loud when it was on.

The reception was excellent. Alexis and the biochem major guy were very welcoming and friendly. The beds were comfortable, clean, and with a choice of pillow hardness. The place was spotless and kept well. The breakfast was adequate and fresh. The dining area was ample and clean. The hot tub came in handy after a 10-hour drive.

There were no connections for EV. Even a 220 plug would've been nice.

Property is located near I10 I a very quiet and peaceful area. It is well maintained and clean.

The fact that it didn’t have EV charging stations as was stated under “Facilities”. Thank goodness we had enough charge to get to a nearby charging station!

All personnel were very nice. I would stay there again as it is convenient, clean and a decent value. I'm sure we can work the vaccum thing out.

I didn't like the fact that after asking them if they could run the vacuum and tidy up the room after my first week of a two-week stay that they didn't do it. Although, they said they would put on the schedule and do it. I finally decided to go down and get trash bags, because there weren't any in the can and take my trash out and just picked up little things off the floor.

Love the friendly staff...very welcome feel! We celebrated our 30th year anniversary by doing a road trip (about 3300 miles round trip) to visit some gulf beaches and places where we might retire in a near future. We think you have the best/friendly staff and clean facility. Would stay there again when we are in town! Breakfast was good also.

clean, safe location, convenient

The poor bar/food server was inexperienced with making bar drinks and was left alone that night without backup support or adequate training; we really felt sorry for her, although she took it all in stride.

I did not come down for breakfast. The location was fine. However, price line made mistakes with my booking. Double booked the room, wanted a king, received a,double, booked and prepaid two nights, hotel had me listed for one night paid!!

it was clean and well organized. there was easy access into the building and there was enough parking around to suite my needs.
