The front desk staff was amazing!

The room was tattered at best. The sheer curtains literally looked like a cat had climbed and sliced them to shreds. There was a lumpy putty job on the top, right corner of the ac unit that seemed to be moldy. The toilet ran constantly and leaked in the floor. The toilet seat was not properly attached to the bowl. One occupant slipped in the collection of water and broke the toilet tank. Thankfully no injuries to anything but the toilet. I reserved a king and was put in a double but that’s not a big deal to me personally.

Young lady who checked me in was very helpful and focused on doing so. I noticed that. Room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of items.

I made the reservation online the morning of me arriving. I drive a box truck type vehicle and wasn’t aware of the large vehicle parking restriction until my arrival. The young lady who checked me in assured me where I parked was fine as long as I wasn’t blocking anything.

The check in staff on 6/25/22 was FABULOUS!!!! I requested a roll away bed- the property does not have any… so the front desk UPGRADED US TO A SUITE FOR THE SAME COST!!! Breakfast was basic but okay. I wish they had better eggs, and sausage and ketchup. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Morning staff on 6/26 was RUDE!!! Completely different than the lady the night before. I asked a question and the guy walked away from me and then mumbled “yeah I don’t think so”. Both him and the female staff working looked like they just rolled out of bed- had sweatshirts on that I personally wouldn’t want my staff wearing while they were working. Pool could use some updating BUT my kids still very much enjoyed it.

Yes I arrive late and my room was paid in full the young lady at the front desk was so respectful with great customer service, and a smile she was so great she said if you need anything we are here! it’s food places down the road and I loved it

Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Location of hotel was very good. Right off of I65. Hotel clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable

Hotel is showing some age. Stopper in the bathroom sink didn't work, which is important to me because I wear contacts. Don't want them to fall down the drain. There was an extra room with a couch and a table with one chair, no TV. The window needed a curtain because the light came in at daybreak to wake us up.

Very clean, courteous staff. We felt very welcome.

The breakfast was just ok. At first the coffee was strong the way I liked it but my second cup was weak as water. The eggs were not good at all. There was a good variety of food to choose from. Had to ask for things that were running out like syrup and coffee creamer. No staff seemed to be attending the breakfast .

Logan at the desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Really good guy! Made check-in easy, was engaging and explained everything. Room was very nice, comfortable, always appreciate a fridge! Bathroom very nice and clean. About the breakfast - the area was clean, spacious, choices were great - and staff kept things cleaned constantly. My only complaint is that on a Sunday morning (my checkout day), the area should be open til at least 10AM. Most hotels I've ever stayed in have b'fast available later on weekend mornings. I attended early church, returned about 8:40 AM and had to rush to get something to eat before staff started closing down.

See above about the breakfast - closed too early for a Sunday AM. need to stay open til at least 9;30, preferably 10am

Breakfast excellent

The pool was indoor which is why we paid to stay here, but the pool was cold and the pool room was cold jist sitting in it without being wet. My kid stayed in for about 30 minutes and was freezing, so we paid a lot of extra money for a pool we couldn't enjoy

Absolutely spotless rooms. Facility and staff are impeccable. Great breakfast. Great location. Overall 9/10 rating. Highly recommend this property

Cheaper room price, but then the budget for such a lovely place wouldn't be available. So nothing

Breakfast was good. There was a very nice selection.

Our bathtub faucet was leaking. The hotel itself was an older property a seemed not as clean as it could be.
