The property was perfectly located for the places we were wanting to go. It was clean, comfortable and modern.

When I booked our room I booked a queen suite because we needed the sofa sleeper because we were traveling with our 20 and 18 year olds who will not share a bed. The first room was 2 queen beds, no sofa sleeper. The second room we got was a King and a sofa sleeper, still wouldn’t work for our needs. After waiting about 40 minutes it was finally rectified and we got the type of room we booked. While this didn’t ruin our trip or our opinion of the property, it was irritating.

I thought breakfast was okay but not great. food was always fresh but there were supply chain issues causing a shortage of Juice in the mornings. I'm not a fan of the automatic pancake machine. Overall I think it was fine.

My one minor complaint is the fitness center cardio machines had televisions attached to them but they did not seem to work. It would have been better if there were instructions explaining how to work the televisions or if they were not working there was a sign that explained that they were not working.

Room was very clean, Location directly off the freeway, and Staff serving breakfast were nice and food was hot and fresh.

Staff at front desk were not very friendly at any point, and the guy on staff in the morning made my check out process somewhat difficult. He asked if I needed a receipt (which I did need a physical copy for reimbursement purposes), yet refused to print one because I booked through Booking.com. I've never run into a policy like that at any hotel (even other Holiday Inns). It's a simple request that he refused to fulfill or help with at all.

Excellent check-in experience. Elijah went above & beyond to be helpful with not only our hotel stay, but also as an excellent ambassador for Huntsville. Elijah provided us with a list of suggested local sites & restaurants to visit which he had created to assist guests, and continued to help us with additional information with enthusiasm & professionalism that will help to make our stay one to remember.

Breakfast buffet was consistently out of all hot food. After waiting for 5 minutes and no sight of staff, we had to open the door to the back of house and ask the service person to bring more food (now about 10 others are hovering waiting with us). After another 10 minutes food finally came, but ran out again very quickly, leaving many wating longer again for the next round to arrive.

Brand new hotel near the Space and rocket center. The hotel was very clean. The pool was outside and very inviting. The room was spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived after the check in time, but rooms were not ready for myself and 2 other guests so we all sat in the lobby and waited for rooms to be ready. I understand that most places are very short staffed now due to the pandemic and people changing jobs or quitting.

The breakfast was nice, location is great.

The day before I checked in, I called to verify reservation. The young lady told me I didn’t have one (she looked it up by my last name & reservation number.) I booked online through Booking.com, the reservation was reserved as Trenisha, Mack instead of Mack, Trenisha. Simple mistake but the hotel clerk swore I didn’t have a reservation. Clerks should look for reservations in every way possible. I was in a panic state, reservation was made 3 weeks prior.

Loved the staff and facility, one of the best I have stayed at.

The only complaint is that when checking in I was told I would get a call when my room was ready, this was around 5pm, I never got the call but waited in line twice to see other people getting rooms that I was suposed to get and still had to wait. The other interesting thing was the stink bugs, I don't mind them because they don't bite but we had a few in our rooms that I had to take outside because my daughter didn't want me killing them.

Everything is up to date and nice thoughtful ideas to the place, very clean, nice gym and great Breakfast. We met a lady named Barbara that was putting out the breakfast. She is an excellent worker, very nice and she just made our morning brighter to start out the day. We will be back to stay and hope to see Ms. Barbara again!

Staff was very friendly and answered questions. Breakfast was very good, especially the hot cinnamon rolls!!!! The location was perfect, very near the attractions and restaurants.

The hot water took too long to get hot and was not hot enough. Talked to the staff and they told us what they were doing to correct in the future.

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. We typically choose only top tier hotels and this was as good at a fraction of what we typically pay. This is good enough to be a destination in itself
