There was a decent amount breakfast options such as: waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, grits, fruit, coffee, milk, apple juice, orange juice, etc. The eating area very clean, quiet, and spacious. The serving area was organized and very clean. The breakfast attendant was kind and attentive.

Parking. As the day progressed then turned to night the parking was quite bad. It appears two hotels are sharing a lot so it got crowded. Vehicles had to be parked on sides of driving area, on curbs, and near and under front loading/unloading port area. Several vehicles were blocked in.

It was exceptionally clean & comfortable. The front desk staff was very courteous & helpful. Breakfast was well prepared and supplied.. It was nice to have complimentary water available in the lobby.

I think there should be a rail near the hot tub to help people step in & out of the tub. Plus I do not think the hot tub jets were working last night ??

Location is very convenient and centrally located to restaurants and the Orion. Property is tucked back off the road behind a different hotel providing an added layer of safety. Room and bathroom were clean, water was hot, fridge was cold. Didn’t have a chance to check out the pool or breakfast.

This place is amazing when visiting huntsville. This is my third time with this hotel and I will continue booking this hotel because how friendly the staff is and they're alway willing to make sure you have fresh linens. This is the first time having their breakfast and it was really good.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!, FROM THE TIME WE CHECKED IN THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE, THEY CHECKED TO MAKE SURE WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED, I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY ROOM KEY AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUE RIGHT AWAY, I WILL BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER AT THIS COMFORT INN LOCATION

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Unfortunately, the toilet overflowed at 4:00AM in the morning. I informed the desk clerk and was given extra towels, a bucket, and a plunger to unclog the toilet and clean up the water on the floor myself. No staff helped with the cleanup.

We drove from Charlotte to Huntsville for a last minute trip. Booked here online and it went beyond our expectations. Service was outstanding, price was reasonable, breakfast was yummy(eggs, sausage and those waffles), rooms were clean and updated. We will definitely come back

Room was cleaned the second day but we just got extra towels from the front desk.

We loved how clean it was, how convenient the area was and how friendly everyone was!

The elevator was down. But the manager apologized multiple times and made sure to find us a room close so we didn’t have a big amount of stairs. It’s since then been fixed so still nothing to complain about!

Elevator was out for 3 of my 5 days over the weekend. No discount given for inconvenience but offered future discount on next stay.

Very customer focused! Staff Kind and courteous. Continental breakfast good. Food was quickly replaced when needed. Always greeted with smiles. Very clean. Loved it there. Definitely recommend
