This was a great stay. No frills, but clean and safe. Great pool. Great staff. Breakfast staff very attentive. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are a tad small. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

The bathrooms were small. I could slightly hear the neighbor but it wasn't so much that it was bothersome.

This review is obviously based on value. After a very long day of driving I was ready for a hot shower and comfy bed.... and that's exactly what I got! The lady up front was excellent. I'm not sure if it was my fault or the hotels but I was booked in a single bed but needed a double. The lady at the desk (I'm afraid I forget her name) was terrific and got me a double. It even had a tub with jets which was great. I would definitely stay here again if passing through. About 10 minutes from the Space and Rocket Center as well. Oh, the breakfast was pretty tasty as well!

No complaints. Well ok, the biscuits at breakfast were cold but whatever.

The front desk staff, kitchen staff & housekeeping were all very welcoming, helpful, & hardworking people. The facility was super clean including the rooms, dining area & front desk. The elevator & luggage carriers helped us (2 seniors) get everything into our room more readily. The breakfast was hot & tasty!! The king size bed was super comfy!

The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work the entire time were were there, but once I reported it to the front desk, I was told that a work order had been sent. I didn't like the doors being an outside entry instead of an inside entry & the door to our room was not insulated & you could see the cracks where air was escaping. I recommend that you replace your sign in front with a larger one that is more easily seen. I drove up & down Hwy 72 a number of times looking for the hotel, but kept missing it & Google was not very helpful that evening.

We had booked our stay months in advance to prepare for college move in and were not disappointed. We arrived a day early and decided to book that night as well. The price was higher due to the timing but well worth it for convenience. It's located so close to everything we needed. I had booked a different room type but they had the same one available so we did not have to change rooms! The breakfast was really good also!

We have stayed here a few times while taking our son to college and then coming back to visit. This property is clean and well kept, the staff is always friendly, and I love the breakfast (real breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc). This is our go-to In Huntsville

The only thing I don’t love is the parking area. The left side (the big parking area) is pretty good but the right side is super tight. The only time I parked there I came back to a ding in my door. My suggestion is park in the big lot, even if it’s a farther walk to your room.

It was close to where we needed to be. Pool was nice, room was clean, the bathroom did have a few bugs which freaked my wife out but not bad enough to end the stay.

The eggs at breakfast were a bit off, so the 3rd day we chose to eat off property. The tub didn't drain good during showers and sometimes the toilet would get stuck and keep flushing, had to Remember to jiggle the handle at 2 in the morning.

maid service was very good

just little things, TV guide would not tell us whats on. just what channels were on, had to scroll the channels one by one to find whats on. The parking lot and walk ways were disgusting. The hotel needs a full time cleaning stall to clean up after all the pigs staying there.

It was a decent place to stay. My only complaint was that I asked specifically for a room with a whirlpool tub but the room I got did not have one. I called the front desk and told them I specifically asked for a whirlpool tub so they moved me to a room that had one. Other than that everything was pretty decent.

The Location was spot on. Check in was quick and smooth. Breakfast was good. The staff we encountered were polite and efficient. The old lady handling the breakfast area was very sweet.

room was great, pool was great... there was supposed to be a hot tub, or whirlpool, but they got rid of it. Otherwise, great little place to stay! Oh and the staff was FANTASTIC! Very nice people!

Booking.com said they had a whirlpool, but they didn't. Looked like they had it removed.
