This hotel is conveniently located in Mobile close to I-65. It has ample parking and the staff is super sweet and helpful, especially the breakfast crew who went out of their way to provide a great breakfast and restock all items despite the busy crowd. The breakfast items are of much better quality than in most other hotels - fresh biscuits, tasty gravy, good eggs and house fries, pancake maker, cereals, oatmeal, pastries, three shelves with different breads, yogurt, fresh milk and chocolate milk and much more. The lobby is very appealing. In comparison with other hotels and cities, only the price is a bit on the upper end for Mobile, the I-65 location and overall amenities (i.e. pool and fitness center).

The only thing which the management has to improve ASAP is the heaps of single-use styrofoam plates, bowls and plastic utensils. When even Super8 motels can switch to more sustainable and eco-friendly paper/wood items, why is a chain like Holiday Inn lacking behind to such an extent.It's about resources and preserving nature (otherwise a big topic in Florida). The pool was nice but in contrast to Californian hotels it was not heated and couldn't be used in December (although there were temperatures in/around the upper 60ies and 70ies.

Easy to book at last min. Great breakfast.

Room smelled old. I had to spray my own lysol. Took a minute to get the air to go off but turning heat on smelled like something was burning. Both elevators worked but the button on 3rd floor advised and covered to not push. Elevator was inspected in July 2024.

The staff was really nice. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also nice to have quite a few channels on the TV for the price of the hotel. the breakfast was pretty good too.

The room had a few minor issues in the bathroom, like the handle for the toilet was really loose so a few times we had to work with it to get the toilet to stop running. Also the drain plug was missing in the sink. The other thing would be the curtains not being dark enough, we were on the side by the parking lot so it remained pretty bright in our room at night due to the light in the lot.

The bed and comforter were super comfortable & pillows were nice too. The room was pretty clean. Nice to have lots of hot water for the shower 😊. Loved that the middle of the mirror didn’t steam up 👍🏻

The elevator sounded and felt like it might stop working at any time. The shower head could have had more pressure. There was something sticky on the little end table next to the bed.

Breakfast was good. Everything was clean. Staff was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and I loved all of the TV channels. Disabled people are very welcomed as well. Accessibility was perfect for us.

We liked everything. No negatives this trip. I do suggest a little extra light in the rooms for getting ready because one of our lights were dim but that's no cause for concern though.

The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed staying at this property and would book it again if the opportunity presents itself. The location was very nice....near I-65.

Because of our schedule, we did not get to eat breakfast, although it smelled amazing. We have nothing negative to say about this property.

Location was absolutely perfect and the bed was comfortable. Room was super clean and the breakfast was wonderful!

AC vent in the room kept me awake as it was too loud. I thought traffic from the highway would be a problem but instead it was a loud old ac in the room.

Beds were extremely comfortable and in spite of construction on first floor, room was quiet at night. Parking was very close to front door and with rain that fact was appreciated. When we arrived, we were allowed early check-in (before 3 p.m.) and a room with handicapped bathroom was made available even though not in original reservation which was greatly appreciated. Would stay there again!

The bathroom was up-to-date but the mirror contained vertical strips of fluorescent lighting, a strip on each side, which were so bright it made it impossible to see details of the person looking at the mirror and difficult to manage hair, makeup, or shaving! Poor choice of design.

The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean

The price I reserved was not the price I paid. It increased by 30 dollars a night.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Them motel was located in a great location for the I-65 in either direction. It also was near some good shopping and restaurants. We were on a return trip Texas to Georgia and the good nights rest and early breakfast fit our schedule perfectly.

We were happy with everything. It fit exactly what we needed and the staff kind not have been nicer.
