Beds were comfortable, lived coffee maker in the room. Also sofa bed. I did not personally eat breakfast but friends said it was good and convenient. Would stay again

I was charged twice, need to check to see if I have been given credit yet. Bathroom, wish toilet was separated from vanity and tub. Just performances with a group.better lighting by full length mirror. Small things. All in all very comfortable.

The check-in person was not friendly or welcoming. I guess she was having a bad day. I was charged twice for my room (one night stay) and it took several phone calls, talking with several people, over several days for billing to be corrected. It was a hassle getting it all straightened out.

Everything was great. The staff greets u when you enter the building. The location is very awesome and quite. And I will definitely be staying there again.

Would have been nice to have gluten free dairy free options for those with food allergies. I booked the room with what booking.com called a spa tub and paid extra for it. The tub was the same as all the rest. I think booking.com should refund me some money. I would have rated the value higher if Booking.com didn't trick me.

The breakfast that was included with the room was good, and the coffee was always hot. The hotel staff were in a constant cleaning mode, so this facility was really clean.

There were a couple of negatives.....When we checked in the front desk staff person was impatient and did not provide any information until I asked for some specifics. Next....When you need something for your room you have to get if from the front desk (towels, coffee, etc....) and this was a pain since I stayed for 5 days. You room is only cleaned and re-supplied after 5 days. These items should have been delivered to the room. Lastly, the room had an accessible bathroom with grab bars in all the right locations. The problem was the that the bars were in a shiny stainless steel that were extremely slippery.

The location was accessible to the University Commons (USA) and AMSTI Sidney Phillips Dr. The breakfast was nice. I am not big on breakfast.

The price of the room could have been lower than it was ($165 per night) and it would have been nice to have an ice machine on the 3rd floor so customers don't have to go to another floor for ice. I do not like the fact that snacks must be purchased at the front desk and you can only use a card to purchase items. A vending machine would even be nice or at least allow the customers to pay cash for the snacks/drinks at the front desk.

Really appreciated the cleaning staff they did a phenomenal job the facilities smelled and looked clean throughout. Like some hotels hair on beds or floors was a big issue after bringing my own cleaning supplies I realized unlike my past experiences at some other hotels this cleaning staff actually did their job. The kitchen crew was also stellar. They would refill missing items up until the last minute and were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks all! Will make sure to keep this one on our list.

No extra towels in the room had to ask at front desk. Rooms got very humid if a/c wasnt down low.

Breakfast offered was a good variety, and the breakfast staff was very attentive.

The check-in receptionist was not friendly. Several guests, including our party, were having difficulty checking in. We booked two rooms and only one showed in the system. I showed our reservation, but there was no apology or concern. We had to rebook our rooms and were charged a higher rate on one even though she said she would honor the first rate.

Y7We enjoyed our stay very much! Although there was a little problem with our room initially (I had asked for an ADA room with a roll--in shower) we were placed into a king- size room (ADA room()! Which was very accomodatingh! The staff were most helpful to find us - an ADA Room with a roll-in shower!

just what you would expect of a good hotel of that type: clean!, fresh light design, great room, orderly clean gym, nice breakfast area, solid breakfast. Breakfast staff was constantly cleaning and filling and thoughtfully taking care of everything. They obviously know their stuff and have their quality processes in place. Congrats, Holiday Inn! Fair price - good value.

I could introspect a while and come up with something minor but…I was really happy staying here.
