We visited Mobile for just one night and didn't expected much from the hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel is close to perfection for us. Very clean and very welcoming place where you can rest in a comfortable bed. We even played few games on a pool table in the lobby. The hotel is located where the main shopping area of Mobile is, just 15 minutes from the city's centre. The room was super clean and modern, beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was standard but tasty - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages cereal, fruits, fresh pancakes, etc. with a great variety of products. It is an animal frendly place because we saw a lot of dog people in the morning.

We have stayed at this property several times and it is always easy to get checked in, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is consistently available in a clean environment. OK selections, however I was disappointed that there were no bananas. Most of the selections are unhealthy and either loaded with sugar and or carbs. I would like more fresh fruit selections. They only had apples.

I would like more healthy breakfast selections like fresh fruit.

The staff was wonderful, friendly helpful, and the room was VERY clean. The location was excellent . I give an excellent 10..

The mattress was terrible..woke up every day in pain..I definitely would say it is time to replace the mattresses. That's the only reason I didn't rate it as excellent. Would loved to have made it our to-go place when we came here on vacation..my back couldn't take it..I rate it a 0 terrible..

Almost everything. Great breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Our room was the last one one on 4th floor. Workman were scraping and painting the outside wall of our room. It was very noisy until 8 pm and the workmen started again at 8:00 am. It didn’t affect our stay but if someone who needed rest or a nap was in the room, they would have been very upset.

I really liked the hotel, the breakfast was great, and the hotel was CLEAN, the premises was very appealing. I'm not getting paid for this am I. lol

This was my first time staying at tru Hilton, had to adjust to no drawers, microwave and etc, however it was definitely worth the cost.

The receptionist was so nice! She even recommended a restaurant for us to go to that was good! Room was good, could have used 2 chairs instead of 1 to watch tv, my husband sat in the chair, and i had to sit on the bed, other than that a very good experience!

THE BATHROOM HAS LIQUID HAND SOAP!! Overall the bathroom was great. The bed was extremely soft and cozy. Breakfast was great. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel so welcome in Mobile

There were some crumbs and wrappers that fell behind the bedside table from previous guests, so maybe those areas need to be checked more frequently. But everything else was PERFECT

Location, ease of access.

Person checking us in was more interested in answering the phone than anything else and it sounded personal. Then he couldn’t find the reservation even when I gave him the reservation number, had my license insisting I reserved under a different name. I stopped talking to him and called the main office and he found the reservation.

We actually travel from Houston to Central Florida twice a year to visit family. We had been staying in Panama City and Pensacola on prior trips. There were some pretty nasty pet friendly hotels in those areas. Mobile is half way so we chose Mobile and the Booking.com adds supported the hotel very well so now we will be stopping in for rest both ways in our future plans.

My husband asked me to comment on the cover sheet of the king bed. He said it was not large enough to tuck in the sides and it kept coming off him during the night. I used the sheet and cover so I did not notice this. Check out time being noon is also an advantage. Thank you. we don't have to rise in a panic to get checked out.

The staff was very friendly and the location is great

The shower door was not completely clean. It had mold around the bottom of it, and soap scum still on the door. The door also leaked. Other than that, everything was great. I will be staying again.
