Best Western Montgomery I85 North is a fine and nice hotel close to the highways and not that far from the city-center of Montgomery. The room was fine and quiet and there was an OK breakfast. There is fastfood to eat close to the hotel

During a stay of three days I never managed to get tea in the morning - I asked for it all mornings, but no - I don´t know why they had hot water - maybe I should have brought my own teabags?

The location works for us for our return trip home to MI. The biscuits were rock hard but the sausage links, and patties were good. Coffee was spot on and the area was clean.

As I said above the biscuits were hard and we got the last of the eggs which were not that warm. Maybe keeping an eye on and replenishing sooner would be better for customers.

I liked the window opened I liked it was clean Loved the hospitality at the continental breakfast Was shocked how comfy the beds were!

Good place just off the Interstate. Clean and comfy room with all the advertised amenities. And while a lot of people might review the surrounding neighborhood (or at least both of the adjacent motels) as sketchy or even scary (and rightfully so, I suppose...) we kinda enjoyed the view out of our window, there was always somethin' goin' on over there; a lil' noisy at nighttime though. Haha...

Generally friendly staff, but the gentleman at the front desk during check-in and check-out (both times the same person) wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed or at least not very motivated. Breakfast was okay. More or less your typical run-off-the-mill US-motel-breakfast, but we didn't expect anything other than that, so no big deal. No complaints otherwise.

This is a beautiful newer hotel. Great staff, very good breakfast, great amenities

I have no issues on this property at all

We did not get to eat breakfast due to a track meet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. No noise issues.

We had to ask for toilet paper as we were only given 1/3 of a roll. We were also only given 2 towels for a family of 4 and didn’t realize until it was late.

The general manager came to our breakfast table and offered any assurance. Spoke to us as we left the building. Showed sincere care.

Rain The ugly buildings in front if the Best Western Hotel. It's an eye sore

Dia was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, especially the biscuits and gravy. The site was secure and close to I85. Overall very pleasant stay.

The television channels were hard to access.

Two things: 1) We could hear every footstep, creaks and cracks in the ceiling from the occupants above. 2) we did not appreciate house keeping tapping their card on our door at 9:30am yelling “HOUSE KEEPING” lik we didnt know what time check out was… Not cool!

The breakfast was good. The attendant was very helpful with pointing out where things were located, helping with the waffle machine, etc. Very nice lady. The room was a good size and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel location is conveniently located near shopping centers and the interstate. WIFI connection was good.

Perhaps a few more breakfast items to choose from.
