I liked that the bathroom came with a bathroom.

I didn't like the fact that the tenant above me on the 3rd floor allowed their small child to jump and stomp on the floor all day and part of the night.

The staff was great. The room and most of the building smelled horrible. We had to go purchase an air freshener to be able to stay.

The smell of the room. It was a non smoking room but smelled like trash and smoke.

the location was close to my house . I had to have my bathroom remodeled

the room was nasty , the sink was stopping up , the heat didn’t get hot and it wasn’t work the money I spent . plus being 9 months pregnant with a baby due Monday 3/20 and a 5 year old daughter and husband was so bad to experience this stuff .

I didn’t like that they didn’t give me what I ask for which was a king size bed. Person on night which was 7/2/22 after hours. Had us waiting good 30-40 minutes. she was on her phone

The staff was pleasantly nice.

First room that I checked into toilet was not working. Had to switch rooms. Then I saw a few roaches in the second room. This means there is not enough cleaning in this place and they need to exterminate the building/ rooms.
