Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff very friendly. I would stay there again. Definitely

There was a person over top of us that walked heavy and one corner of the ceiling was squeaky when the person walked there. I wanted To get another room they put me on 3rd floor and I could smell insence or something I couldn't stay because of my breathing capacity. There were young guys there that had their doors open talking loud on the 3rd floor, going up and down the hall room to room. Then I went to breakfast and saw a large man snoring and sleep at the table. I figured he was a guest .

I slept too late, I missed it. Ms Patel at the desk was very pleasant and helpful.

The nasty rain. Not y’all’s fault! I originally was told the price was $80- went to $84 if I paid on arrival. I paid $99. I also país door dash $25 for some cold chicken McNuggets. I would have loved a better way to order in.

Friendly and helpful staff; facility - clean with nice scent, hot breakfast, comfy bed and pillows, hot water, cold AC.

People above us sounded like they were running and jumping around until after midnight.

Toilet are too low to floor, need more rooms with showers, not tubs, around 8:30am most of breakfast items were gone.

Everything was great. Easy check-in and it was quiet. There was a large group checking in and the young man at the desk was patient and quickly got everyone checked in politely.

Everything was fine except it looked like the bathroom floor could have been mopped. It looked like someone had dribbled on the floor in front of the toilet and it wasn't cleaned up.

I enjoyed the breakfast. The area was very clean and organized. There was a variety of food to select from. The temperature of the food and coffee was exceptionally pleasing.

There was nothing that needed improvement. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Privacy was beyond comparison. The workers were professional and made me feel valued.

slight water problems in the bathroom. shower hot water was only Luke warm and there was a constant running water sound around the toilet.

The lady at the front desk was simply AMAZING and has great customer service skills. I would definitely stay there again.

Their was a couple of sketchy people in the parking lot. One lady was asking me her key didn't work on the side entry. I told her to enter through the front lobby and she refused. It was obvious she wasn't staying in a room.

Couldn't get wifi to work on my computer, which was not a problem anywhere else we stayed. Staff couldn't seem to comprehend the problem and didn't try to help.

I arrived at 11:00 p.m.. The desk manager was kind and friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I did see a roach in the bathroom and the TV doesn’t work very well. Otherwise, it was a good visit.
