Breakfast was fair, the coffee was great & the food bar was clean and the food was fresh. The hostess made sure to bring out fresh servings as needed & was very friendly. The front desk clerk upon check in was extremely pleasant and helpful. I will certainly stay here if I'm ever in town again.

The mattress in the room was too firm for my liking, but it did not interfere with my sleep.

Location was great and the staff even better! Our suite was roomy and the beds very comfortable. Nice big closet in the bathroom and a couple of drawers in the vanity. Breakfast was more than expected and very good! Would definitely stay again.

The TV was mounted in an odd way on a wall to the side of the beds, it did not have a pull and swivel type mount so that was a bit strange but we didn’t use the TV so not an issue for us. There wasn’t any type of creamer left in the suite for the coffee maker in the room and the door of the refrigerator could have used a wipe down with some stainless steel cleaner. Still overall the suite was very clean and the kitchen even included a tiny dishwasher!

I thought grits would be good for the breakfast

The pool was closed and we were told we had to go across the street to the Hilton to get in the pool. This was a no no and an inconvenience to us

I’ve never been in this particular part of Montgomery before, and I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is in a great location - lots of shopping and dining options within reasonable walking distance - and right off the highway. The property was nice, clean and quiet. The room exceeded my expectations and even with the pandemic going on - the to-go breakfast boxes prepared were pretty nice (a bagel, cream cheese, boiled eggs, apple, and apple juice). The staff was friendly and courteous. All in all - a great stay for me and my 3 boys as we were passing through traveling for thanksgiving. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good. The location was great as we could walk to nearby stores and restaurants.

It would have been nice if there were enough face cloths for the number of guests. There were only two when I made reservations for four. There were two adults and two children. However it was easy to request more and they were received

The room was clean, bathroom spotless, and bed super comfortable.

I became aware of this hotel being pet friendly after I booked and paid. I am not a fan of pet friendly places because I am not a pet person. I have stayed at other establishments where only certain rooms/floors were designated for pets. This was not the case for this hotel. When I walked down the hall, it reeked of the smell of poop. That was my only disappointment.

Brrakfast isn’t fancy but is a solid start to the day. Eggs, sausage or bacon, muffins, bagels, coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal- theres something even for my picky kids. Pool is small but we kept and was great to be able to swim late until 9 or 10.

I think my room was clean, but it could have been better. There were rose petals left on the floor by the bed. Also I was placed in a room that was handicapped accessible which left me with a shower that was open without a tub or the standard option

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly. The gentleman who checked me in was also very nice, there was no one around when we went to leave.

One of the shelves in the shower was broken and there were no trash bags in the whole room, all the cans were empty.
