The kitchenette was a huge plus, it had what you needed to do normal life away from home for a few days. The beds were comfortable, the laundry room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. It is also very quiet and a relaxed atmosphere. We stayed here while plumbing was being fixed in our home, and it was easy to maintain a normal routine because it was quiet and calm. My boys slept better here than they do at home!

The kitchen needed a pot and some more silverware, but after asking at the front desk they got us what we needed. An ice bucket and extra trash bags would have been helpful.

staff was extremely efficient and friendly.room was very clean and that you can buy more than a candy bar in the lobby!kitchen and desk made the room perfect!

only one thing could be changed-late night you have to wait for someone to let you in the hotel lobby.i had to wait about 15 min alone ,after 12:00am,at the door while the person on duty finished checking a new guest in.just as safe to use room key to open lobby door!

Loved the location, parking was abundant, staff was friendly and laundry on site was extremely helpful. Full kitchen and room layout was great. Although we were right off the highway, you could barely hear the traffic. Shopping and restaurants are a short distance or walk from this hotel. Would stay here again.

There really isn’t a place to work online in the hotel except in your room. I was traveling with family but needed to connect online for a few meetings and had to sit in my car. They do not have a small business area so be prepared to make other arrangements. The Wi-Fi was also spotty and I had to switch to my phone because the signal would drop in my room when on a call.

Place is kept very clean considering pets are welcome. The maintenance men are exceptional! The AC wasn't working when we arrived and they got right on it and switched it out and it was up and running in no time.

I like that the staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The manager at the front desk was nice enough to let us get our room early because we were so tired. The housekeeping was friendly and they were really sanitizing the rooms they were cleaning I even seen them moving the refrigerator to clean behind. I LOVE THE LOCATION!!!!

I wish that the toilet seating was higher.

I like the fact that the room was like living at home.The only thing I didn't like is that we had to change rooms because the refrigerator didn't work in the first room.

The refrigerator didn't work. There was no ice machine on the floor we sleep had to go downstairs to get ice.

I like that the facility is clean and I feel safe there as a female traveler

Not that it's on the facility, but I didn't like that my non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke

I had on black socks and once I got on the carpet, I got dog hair all over them! I threw them in the garbage when I left.

The overall stay was good and the location was great.

We had ants in our room and we reported it to the office they reacted very quick and fix it . They did not offer me a military discount on the site. But it was good for the most part. I will probably stay at another property next time .

I work nights and sleep during the day. I like that it was quiet. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. Most importantly, I felt safe.
