The hotel and staff were great!

My experience with booking.com was not so great. I booked two rooms through booking.com, but was only able to check-in early for one room. When I arrived at the hotel, the clerk had difficulty checking me in but was very nice and gave me a key for both rooms. When I checked out in the morning, the clerk advised me that I only paid for one room. When I pulled up my credit card statement to prove that the full amount was paid, she stated that the GM of the hotel would need to get involved to resolve the issue. Again, the staff was extremely kind and easy to work with even in this mixup by booking.com. Come to find out, I overpaid significantly by booking through booking.com and was told that I wouldn’t earn points through the hotels loyalty program since I booked through a third party.

The restaurant was great. Both ladies that ran it were wonderful. The room was comfy and large.

At check out time exactly the maintenance man waged the floors, people were trying hard not to slip. The check out person replied to my question “ are there anymore luggage racks with yes there probably upstairs somewhere. “ We had a lot of luggage to haul out.

Good location, nice breakfast bar , cheap laundry facilities.

Pool was very dirty not sure the filter was running. The pool water stunk and very cloudy . The ice cream and soft drinks at the Lobby was almost $5.00 each with no prices on them. Couple of staff were really nice couple were rude

The halls were so hot you’d break a sweat and the lobby was the same. I’m generally cold so this was miserable. Stuffy is the best word I can use.

Amanda at the front desk helped me with a dinner place and then giving me directions to the place I was going the next morning since it was several years since I had been in the area

Breakfast tables a bit dirty since other guests used them prior by the time I ate breakfast

Nice location. Close to a good number of reputable restaurants and shopping areas.

While we really liked the room, the door didn’t close well. I didn’t like the water-stingy shower head, but it seems they are all going to that.

It would have been nice to have batter for the waffles - it's OK I shouldn't eat those anyway

The cleanliness, great room, and the bed was great, we did not have any issues with out back due to the bed and pillows being to soft.

Nothing. Everything and everyone was great and went out their way to assist.

Room, bed, and towels were great. Breakfast was good.

Themostate was messed up. The room was 77 when we arrived. The towel rack came off the wall. The toilet paper holder needed to be replaced.

Everything was clean and comfortable! We had reservations and was easy getting checked in. The lady at the front desk was so extremely pleasant and made us feel at home.

The lady in the breakfast area was clean and had things out nicely, but her attitude wasn’t very nice, she may had just been having a bad day. I overheard her saying to herself, well I’m the only one here. She may need help when it’s busy like that day.
