Location and comfort were just what I needed. Nice price for what I was given. Very happy.

The check-out time was 11am. At around 9:20am, Housekeeping started yelling to each other, right outside my room, about how they were waiting for me to leave so that they could clean up and clock out. I got up and left before I had planned because it made me feel unwelcome. I also couldn’t go back to sleep because they kept carrying on a loud conversation with each other. One was upstairs cleaning while the other was in the room next to mine cleaning, so it required yelling. Other than that, my stay was really nice.

Ms. Chasidy Blackmon is a true asset to your company. My experience with her was one of integrity, honesty and dependability. I don't know her and I've only talked to her once. I liked the location and the price

My key wouldn't work so I went to the office to get a new one. The woman who was working wasn't behind the desk. She came in from outside with an attitude asking me what I need. Her greeting was dry and she didn't have a smile on her face. She was rude and didn't have good customer service.

The breakfast room is centrally located and clean, but a little crowded. One or two fewer tables would improve it - it was never busy when I was there. Basic selection of waffles, bagels, muffins, biscuits and gravy, coffee, juices, cereal, yogurt, etc. The rooms have been renovated recently, with mostly new furnishings but older fixtures. Overall, clean and comfortable, and a great bargain. Convenient location next to I-20/59 and a 10 minute drive from the University of Alabama campus.

Noise - there was a loud party in a nearby room. Air conditioner was also quite loud. There are a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but walking to them is inconvenient due to lack of sidewalks.

Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. We want to give a shout out to Bessie Small(Front desk)she handled our problem immediately with a smile. We also had an opportunity to enjoy a conversation with her at a later time - she is a joy. Hope to see her again on our return trip. Thank you, Bessie!!!

The front desk clerks were very friendly and check in/out was super quick. The first room was not great (bed unmade, felt damp, smelled bad), but the csr at the front desk changed it right away with no problem and the second room was great! The towels were full-sized and thick. They also provided a small hand sanitizer, which was very thoughtful.

The room was on the second floor (nothing available on the bottom - no one's fault, as I didn't request that prior to coming) and was a little smaller than what I'm used to, but for the price, it was pretty good. The toilet was wobbly and flushed kind of loudly, but it was nothing that would make me hesitant to stay there again.

The hotel is convenient to everywhere in Tuscaloosa! the staff was outstanding! our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but they immediately found us a room that was ready. Our room was cozy and clean!!! I was truly impressed with the housekeeping staff and how clean our room was.,We would stay there again!!

The location and ease of the layout with outside access to the rooms.

Our first room was not clean and it smelled like stale smoke. We switched rooms. The second room was better but it also was not very clean. I cleaned the bathroom with Clorox cleaner myself. The overall just needs more care. Everything just seemed dingy.

I love the room and was nice and clean and everything worked in it, I would love to stay for my birthday weekend in four weeks but I want be able to.
