staff was very friendly and helpful. the place was very nice and accommodating. coming back after dinner it was nice to be able to walk down by the river.
the only thing that had me confused was a $50 fee, but after talking to the front desk and finding out it would be returned within a few days made me feel better. I honestly have no complaints about this hotel or staff.

The space and location
We had to wait ALL day in order to check in, it was that night before we were able check in after coming back twice to see if room was ready. It was very inconvenient esp traveling with a 3 month old. They did give us some eat free breakfast and dinner vouchers to try to compensate for it which was nice. However, I would have preferred to have it taken off the price of the room since I wasn't in it the full time but they couldn't do that since it was booked through a 3rd party being booking.com. That said, can booking.com discount my stay for this trip or my next trip?

The location is great for downtown Tuscaloosa. It's a little far away from campus but a quick Uber ride or golf cart service ride isn't very expensive. Love the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant!
We have stayed here a number of times. We've had excellent staff support and service during some of our stays and we've had poor service during other stays. This last one was outstanding. The restaurant in the lobby doesn't have the best food or service.

Pretty much everything! By far the best hotel experience I have had in years. Room was gorgeous and in a great location. The morning breakfast was just what was needed to start the day. The breakfast staff at the lookout were beyond kind, bubbly, and so helpful! Caitlyn (server/bar) and the gentleman doing the omelet bar ( im so sorry his name escapes me right now) were exceptional. Definitely our two favorite employees of the trip!!

We liked walking along the river first thing in the morning that's when it's the coolest. All the restaurants were in walking distance if it wasn't to hot to walk. The rooftop bar has delicious food the stuffed crab balls were to die for!
That my trip was 4 days, and there's no pool or microwave in the room.

Our room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping is doing a great job.
Getting to the hotel was a bit confusing. The only other thing that would have made our stay better would have been a complimentary breakfast. Paying $162 for one night one would think breakfast would have been included. I will for sure check that out on our next trip.

I like the Hotel's location and the roof top bar.
I don't like that I have to pay for breakfast especially since your rate goes from roughly $140 to $800 a night during graduation or any special event. I spent over $3200.00 for a 3 night stay and should not have paid for that. I also feel that since Covid has settled down, you re-open that bar downstairs especially when the hotel is completely booked.

Slight mix up in room assignment. Entered a room that was in use or at the least uncleaned. Cigarette box on night table, unmade bed, key and papers on dresser.
The staff was super friendly and quickly fixed the issue. They even comped breakfast for us. Rooms were spacious and the location was amazing! We went for a concert at the amphitheater and just had to walk the large lawn back to the hotel. Roof top bar is nice. We got to watch all the traffic we didn't have to deal with by staying at this hotel.

This was a beautiful property, close to Bryant Denny Stadium with a wonderful free game day breakfast, including omelette station, and the staff was exceptional🥰
We didn’t have enough time to enjoy the rooftop bar in the evening 🙃

Our location had no breakfast, I asked a very smug lady behind the desk at 6:30am if she could direct me to the coffee, she said there wasn’t any down here. Was told if my vehicle wasn’t moved by 8am that it’d probably be ticketed. Otherwise it was a very nice and clean hotel.
Coffee/breakfast in the morning was absent and parking was inconvenient
