Clean and comfortable rooms. Most staff are very nice. Great location for visiting cute shops on Second Street and restaurants in Downtown. (We got most meals and groceries through Uber Eats and never had an issue delivering to the hotel either.)

Airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel may not be available, especially for flights arriving quite late at night. The hotel would not call or pay for an alternative ride, despite the complimentary shuttle being listed as included. Also for shuttle going to the airport, please make sure to book with the front desk beforehand. Additionally, one particular staff is extremely rude. (I heard her telling her colleagues that she doesn’t care about helping guests.) However, she is definitely not a reflection of the entire staff at the hotel. All the other staff have been very friendly and helpful.

Room and bed/pillows were comfortable. Bathroom had walk-in shower which I like better than a tub/shower. View (West side) was very nice from the 5th floor (floors 3 & 4 are good, too but below that views are obstructed by a building). Not sure what the views to the East are like). Greatest assets of this property are location (easy to walk to points of interest/downtown area) and free shuttle (to airport, train station). BBQ restaurant (and other restaurants) nearby or within easy walking distance.

A room on the 2nd floor (West side) or below does not have a good or obstructed view (had to ask to be put on 5th floor but they do not seem to like or be able to do that). Some reception staff was quite snippy which was not appreciated. Property does not offer ANY breakfast except coffee/hot water in the lobby. Hotel's parking area fills up fast - may not have parking there. Hotel had to use Spring Hill Hotel's shuttle service due to lack of a driver and that hotel did not provide a shuttle from the airport one time.

Reception staff friendly, responsible, professional and reliable. Room: functional, decent size room, soft beds, noisy HVAC, not cleaned daily, clean. Location: hotel is beside Chena river walkway, short walk to town. Town center no supermarket. Hotel left, right, behind has BBQ restaurant, cafe, Thai restaurant respectively. Free shuttle from airport, to call hotel after collecting luggage. Free shuttle to train depot - be sure to let reception know at checkin time.

Low price cannot complain

I left my belongings in hotel room and nobody replied my messages, email or phone calls. I can understand if the belongings were dumped as trash, but it’s too rude to hang up phone calls during daytime. My friend made a phone call for me and the front desk picked up that call. Finally got my problem solved.

Everything was good except one of the staff members, one of the staff members said that it’s possible to call and wake us up if aurora is visible, next day another staff member said they don’t offer such service and she suggests to go out for a walk in a rude way

The hotel was nicely central to all the things we wanted to see while in Anchorage. We walked to several great restaurants. We walked to the visitor center and ice museum. It was a close drive to get things we needed from Walmart.

We thought they had breakfast on site. But we found a great Crepery a short walk away that we kept going back too because it was SO GOOD.

The stuff were friendly, very helpful with a smile. Thank you for making my visit to Fairbanks comfortable.

The bathroom door has stains maybe from food or beverages, it's an easy clean. The maid should look out for those food stains and wipe them off with warm towels and soap. The bathroom needs an upgrade. Other than that the room was beautiful.

The staff here is excellent! Some of the best customer service I have ever received in Fairbanks and I have been here many times and stayed in most of the hotels. Room is small but super clean and cozy w a nice view of the river and mountains.

I wish the rooms were sound proofed a bit better. You can hear everything. Drunk people stumbling in between 2 and 3 AM was annoying. Just happened one Saturday night after a big Holiday event in town. Not a deal breaker for me. Customer service made up for it.

Close to attractions.Shuttle was great and friendly drivers.

Some staff need lessons in how to make vistors feel welcome and comfortable to ask questions. Most staff were great but several desk staff didn’t make me feel welcome.As reception is the first contact ina hotel its critical they welcome people witha smile and are willing to answer any questions.

Location is perfect, right at downtown, everything is walking distance! Rooms were comfortable , great bed and clean bathrooms! Our room did have microwave and fridge. They also helped with our stuff being delivered to them before we arrived !

Adding a Breakfast would be great!!
