Of the Available Hotels in the Downtown Juneau area, this hotel was the best value. The size of the rooms is expansive, and they are kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. TK Miguires is on the main floor, offering tasty meals at reasonable prices. I would recommend the Ramada over the other Hotel in the area if you are there for more than a couple of days.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for directions. The breakfast at TJ's was very filling and staff were friendly. View from restaurant was amazing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I would stay here again.

The shower had a slow drain. Parking garage had no elevator.

The location is excellent for visiting downtown Juneau. Walking distance to all downtown locations. The food at TK Maguire’s is excellent. Staff at both are very friendly. They loved our dog and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

It was just a little confusing finding the entrance to the parking lot at first. The room was a little warm. No AC. Windows opened up so that helped.

Rooms were very spacious. Bedding was comfortable and check-in and check-out was easy. Nice location and not far from the downtown area with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel does have a restaurant onsite, and we ate there for breakfast and it was very good! Once again, we were shocked at how spacious the rooms were. No A/C in our room but we had a fan that we placed by the window and it brought in plenty of the Alaskan cool air during the night.

Hotel look a little dated from the outside, but the room was warm and clean, and a very good size. Great location with a Restaurant onsite and a SuperMarket, Cafe and Fast Food within easy walk.

The kitchenette was a little spartan. Adding a toaster and kettle would be good.

Front desk staff is very friendly and gave good suggestions and asked how your day was when you return. I had a lovely view of the mountains from my room. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I need one at home! Breakfast was really good in their restaurant. ham/eggs/toast. I liked that it was only a 10 minute walk to town which I did every day to catch my bus tours. What a lovely vacation by myself. I lucked out with sunshine everyday and close to 70. I will stay here for sure next time I visit.

There was NOT one thing that was a problem!!

I like the location and the view of the restaurant. Also, Ramada is a great place to stay in Juneau. I originally booked Wyndham Travelodge. Considering the extremely high Uber/Lyft fee of transportation to the downtown, we changed our mind and decided to stay in this hotel. It turned out to be a great experience!

A better server. He gave attitude when we requested certain items. Not so much in words but his body language was not appreciated.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, well appointed and clean. Location was superb. Easy walk to town and bus to the glacier.
