The staff was great. Juanita always had the breakfast room clean and food warm and ready, stephanie was very professional and friendly. All the staff we encountered were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will tell friends and family about Benson Quality Inn

As a British tourist that visited the States many times I've experienced a variety of hotels. This exceeded my expectations for its class of hotel. Modern, clean, well maintained. The included breakfast choice was not extensive but fitted what we needed and filled us up. No complaints there. It's out of the way a little on the edge of town. We used it as a base for visiting Tombstone and the surrounding area.

The rooms aren't serviced unless you ask, We did ask but it didn't happen

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The cost was reasonable. The large cactus out front was a great photo opportunity.

After a long day of driving, we were tired, but couldn't get the key card to work in our room door. The clerk changed our room, but in the second room, the key card worked, but not easily. The pool water irritated our eyes. The jacuzzi water was only luke warm.

The staff was outstanding, the environment was comfortable and inviting. Thanks guys. Everyone was helpful with directions and even assisted in running errands. The Breakfast is a must to catch the local vibe and nutrition. I'd say Book It!

That I didn't take advantage of the swimming pool during the visit. Though the lobby conversations with the staff and quest was cooling

They were kind enough to let us check in about an hour early upon arriving. They also accommodated our need for a ground floor room as requested.

The only issue, and it really was no big deal because anywhere you go, you can occasionally see a bug.....2 little beetles in the tub. Not roaches....just 2 beetles.

The breakfast staff and food provided was excellent. Would have liked a toaster and some bread. The room was clean and everything worked. The staff helped right away with a TV issue. The pool was a delight. Appreciated the steady efforts to clean and improve the property while we were there.

Difficult to get cold water at the end of the day -- the pipes got too hot!? Wish that the No Smoking was better emphasized.

We were happy that it was located so close to the Caves. The staff was most helpful in accommodating a member of our group on the ground floor that needed a wheelchair. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms have a refrigerator and are good sized. Nice view of mountains from the upstairs walkway.

Not a negative for us, however could be for some people, you can hear the trains.

Everything was great, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was really nice, clean and large. Beds were great , fantastic hot water, lots of pressure in the shower! Lots of area to walk the dogs, and the breakfast was the best of the whole trip! Couldn't have been better!

We just really liked this motel. It was quaint, clean, comfortable, and had a great staff. The breakfast was as good as you’ll get at a travel motel. It is right off I10 and close to good shopping and restaurants. We ate at Mi Casa, a fabulous Mexican restaurant.

Service was fine, friendly staff, hot breakfast. Pool and hot tub was great.

Platform type bed, had pointed end of 4 screws sticking out of the bed frame on one side. Very dangerous, sliced open toe. Reported to staff so they could fix for next guest. Also some varmint was in the wall between bathroom and bedroom. No holes, just noise. Also reported.
