I love the location in this little old west town! The rooms up stairs and the little sitting area was adorable. It’s close to several restaurants and the old mine which we were doing a tour with! It was pouring rain most of the time we were there so we didn’t get to see much of the town.

There were a lot of stairs and the whole town was uphill….it is not a good place for people with low mobility. I also would not like to try and drive this area when it snows. A difficult town to maneuver in a large vehicle we were driving a big 350 Ford transit van and the roads and parking are not made for that!

Julia, the receptionist, (plus everything else) was a delight. Very accommodating & friendly, Location was perfect for my needs. Good use of space to accommodate necessities & comfort in room. Beds were comfortable, with lots of big, fluffy pillows! (in the second room the following night.) Shopping, restaurants, etc. were all within walking distance. I will definitely book that cute hotel again when I return to Bisbee. Loved the old fashioned charm!

The first room we had was a bit cramped, with very little space to accommodate 2 adult females, even though we travel light. But I was aware when I booked the room online that there was only one room left. So I booked it. Had very high customer approval rating online. Julia moved us to another much larger room when it became available the next day, so we were more comfortable.

First off, the property was conveniently located near everything we were visiting so it was easy to walk everywhere. The staff was incredibly nice and made arrangements for our early check-in. The rooms were cute, spacious, very clean, bright, the beds were so comfy, and we had a beautiful view. This hotel is so cute, quaint, quiet and relaxing. Our entire group loved it and Hotel San Ramon will definitely be our Bisbee staple.

There is nothing to complain about. We loved it all!

We enjoyed the room very much. I liked the big windows, the refrigerator, the coffee maker, the TV. The location was perfect. There was a coffee shop across the street. We walked to the museum, library and downtown area.

I noticed that most of the hotels did not have elevators. To get to our second floor room, we had to walk up a 15 step rather steep flight of stairs. Be willing to climb stairs. It was a little noisy on Friday night, but manageable.

The property is in a great location for walking everywhere. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy and the desk agent was very friendly!

The bedding was fantastic but the mattress is very firm. I sleep on softer mattress so I had a hard time sleeping. There is no ice machine and the desk is not opened for us to ask how to get any. Not necessarily a negative but the Mexican restaurant listed on their website has been closed since Covid and is not reopening. Again not a negative but the coffee in the room is not from Bisbee Coffee Co. as listed on website however the coffee in room is good!

location was perfect, in the center of the universe but still quiet for sleeping. clean and well maintained. had period charm with modern amenities.

it was nearly impossible to shut off the shower faucet. it took both of us pushing. the coffee options were undrinkable. why bother to have a Keirig and not have normal pods?

We loved the location and the room. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us!

Only issues we had were: there was a TV in the room but there were issues that prevented us from watching anything; they had Wi-Fi but it didn’t reach our room (#5). If we stood at the top of the steps we could get Wi-Fi but it was dropped once we were in the room. Despite those two issues I would stay there again.

It was so cozy and we felt like we stepped back in time. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return.

We were a little warm but it wasn’t bad. Pretty sure it was because we didn’t try to figure out the remote for the heater. But it still was comfortable. It was December, we just like to sleep colder.

The room was charming, clean and lovely for a historic inn. Loved that some of the guest gathered in a communal area to play games and drink a glass of wine. Such a warm, pleasant atmosphere. They were apologetic about the noise, but no need to be. I found the sense of fun and community a wonderful addition. They were also thoughtful about not keeping the party going to late, so no trouble with noise. A wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was great.

Room #2 was a large corner room with lots of large windows and 2 comfortable double beds. We enjoyed the specialty coffee in the Mr Coffee w cream each morning. Always like a a small fridge in the room for beverages, snacks and leftovers from dining out. Room #4 was a large room situated more in the interior as it had 1 real window and a comfortable king size bed. The lack of windows didn't keep the light out as there is a large sky light in a tall ceiling. There is a Mr Coffee with specialty coffee and cream. There is no small fridge which would make the room complete. Nice to have real coffee mugs, real wine and beverage glasses. Lots of extra blankets in antique trunks. We found parking on the street right outside the hotel and could look down on our vehicles the whole time. If no street parking available then there is a large public lot across the way, a small walk.

This hotel was perfect for us in all areas. All rooms are at the top of very steep stairs so if you have mobility issues or small children this is not a good option. No elevator to carry heavy bags. If you desire quiet then Room #2 is not for you as it is a corner room with lots of large windows....Bisbee can be a party town so lots of noise until wee hours of the morning.
