We were met with great kindness by the front desk. It was a little dark in the lobby, but a great light from the lady who checked us in. We picked the location due to planned activities in the area and the convenience of its location. We definitely would say there is great value in staying there, and the hotel seemed well taken care of overall.

The location of the hotel is in an older part of the Chandler/Mesa area but was quiet and no issues to report, or be concerned about on our visit.

Beautifully clean

Top blankets on bed were not appealing seems to have been like kind of old not so clean looking I didn’t really want to sit on it or a cover myself up with it I went to buy my own blanket to be more comfortable. I didn’t like my credit card had to have extra hold on it due to not smoking policy.. l don’t smoke at all but l guess others make it bad for truthful people

It was my employee’s birthday. She was traveling from Redding California to take a mental health patient home after driving 15 hours. I wanted to do something nice and I arranged with the front desk staff to put chocolate covered strawberries in the refrigerator that were delivered and they had no problem doing that even after being a 12:30 AM arrival time your staff is amazing.

It was quiet and off road parking was well lit. It was easy to find and close to my family connections. It was nice and cool on those hot days.

When cleaning, one should remove old food from the frig and tend to a few cobwebs and stains on the bath floor. There was an old pizza container in the frig with some dried up pizza.

The room was clean. The check-in was smooth and quick. There was plenty of parking. The AC worked fine which was a relief with triple digit weather outside. There was an issue with the TV which was resolved quickly. I asked for a room in a quiet area which I got.

The breakfast hours were too early. I would have liked it to go on for another hour. There was barely any seating for most of the people there. I saw plenty of others taking their food out with them because it was a cramped dining area. There is only one ice machine which hard to get to from where our room was. The clock in the room was setup with the wrong time. It was hard to find the inn at night.

I was a few hours before 3 o'clock check-in and the desk clerk worked to get a room ready for me in 15 min.

The room wasn't insulated very well. i could actually see sky through the gap at the top of my door. This caused the air to kick in more frequently which was disturbing at night.

The room was nicely furnished with quality furniture and the room was exceptionally clean, spotless, like new. The bed was very comfortable and felt so clean that I slept like a baby. The staff was professional, efficient, and friendly.

The location isn't in the best part of town and the neighborhood didn't seem to be the safest so I kept the eyes in the back of my head open when I ventured down the street, but it is very close to where I was visiting and I didn't encounter any problems. The neighborhood turned out to be quiet and peaceful and I got a very good nights sleep. I will stay there again the next time I visit.

The area was walkable and there is tons of restaurants and fast food and places to shop. Room was comfy but tub was dirty and old and cracked.

The pool is right up front next to a major busy street and it's loud and dusty. Extremely busy. Bathtub needs a major upgrade. Bathroom was kinda dirty still. Hair in areas, toilet not very clean.

Location was convenient to 101 & 60 freeways. It was a very quiet motel considering the McDonald's on one side and a kind of junky looking residential area on the side my room overlooked. However, it was still very QUIET. I slept just fine. After all that's the main reason for a motel room, right?

The room was very clean, I appreciated that.

It’s dated, even though they’ve done some updating. I never found a temperature regulator and no fan in the room, so it was stuffy at night.
