Beautiful scenery, nice walking paths in vicinity. Nice lobby.

When you try to connect to Wi-Fi you get option of cheaper/slower or expensive/faster rate per day ... at the end we've find out that you can connect to slower option free of charge anyway. Hotel corridors are quite cold. It’s kind a shock when you enter from outside. Room service will clean your room if it’s free when they pass by otherwise they’ll skip it.

The location was nice because it was outside of the city but the casino was close enough for extra things to do. The resort itself had plenty to do from paddle boarding, horse riding and golf to name a few. I thought the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was good. The pool area was nice and next time I will definitely be golfing.

I thought the bar area could of been a little bigger. The bar itself looks cool how they built it in what looks like rocks.

We loved everything about the place. We ate at the restaurant downtown stairs. The meals were absolutely delicious. We had the best servers...dont remember their names, but they were Filipinos cousins. The bar tender who was a female was great. My husband had a wonderful father's day weekend. The bus service to the outlets and casino were very accommodating. Staff on a whole were professional and friendly.

Absolutely beautifully maintained, great views and plenty of things to do.

The mattress covers under the sheets were very stiff and made what would have been very comfortable beds, less so.

I absolutely loveeeee this resort ! Food was great and atmosphere was beautiful!! Horse back riding was also very very nice and soothing

The beautiful outdoor scenery that was carried into the inside. The amazing views from all of the window’s, the Native Flute music that was piped into all of the public areas, was so relaxing. I loved amazing ambience of the of the resort.

Staff was excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food was delicious.

Pool is worn out. Chairs worn and dirty. Drinks at the pool were very disappointing.

The price is too high for what you get. Food options are limited after 10 pm and it's too far to drive somewhere. At a resort I should be able to get what I want, within reason, at most any hour. Overall, too pricey but nice.

Nice renovation on the rooms however you have Used wall tiles on the floor in the bathroom Which makes it slippery when wet

Very friendly customer service. Every single person on resort premises are helpful, always asking if we need any help and always smiling. We was absolutely smitten with it. Rooms are freshly renovated, bedding are best quality, swimming pools just right if you like to do relaxed swimming or play with kids. Not to mention landscape & walking area around resort. Overall - clean, safe, healthy and happy place to spent vacation. We are very pleased

limited food choices, even they have two excellent restaurants on premises. It's OK if you staying day or two. But for longer stay it would be helpful to have self-serving salad bar and some fresh fruits bar. Just my opinion, not really negative . Anyway - the restaurant cuisine was excellent, nothing to complain about.
