Staff was polite and friendly which added to experience at your hotel.

I was there for 3 nights and during that time there was a fire alarm set off, making us vacate the building. It ended up being a false alarm. The next evening there was a plumbing issue at the hotel requiring a whole team of plumbing experts who were there for hours using a jetting device which was loud and disturbing.

The location was excellent, close to the freeway but still very quiet. Our room was spacious & sparkling clean. When told breakfast costs an additional $12 apiece we almost didn’t even check it out. So glad we did! The variety of choices was amazing, hot foods were piping hot & cold foods were nice & cold. Everything was fresh. I asked a housekeeper which way the pool was & she walked me all the way down the hall, around the corner to the pool door. Couldn’t ask for better service.

The tub floor was very slippery, a rubber mat would be a nice addition.

Nice, clean rooms. Lots of plugs and well thought out for the road warrior. Bathroom was modern, clean and functional. I skipped the $14 breakfast but it looked good from afar. Many restaurants close by.

Wifi was a bit sluggish. There's a free option but they really push for you to become a hilton honor follower.

I liked how the person who checked me in and the bartender were super friendly. The bedding was relaxing and comfortable. Room was nice and quiet.

I would love to rate this hotel a 10 but can’t because of the smell of the room was stale. I believe it was the carpet. Needed shampooing.

Service. Tammy at the front desk was super sweet even tho it was very late when we arrived. She gave us cookies and water bottles as we had a long trip and were exhausted and hungry. Thank you Tammy. Rooms were very cleaned and comfy.

The pool, bedding and location is amazing

Over-priced morning breakfast buffet. We’d eat around 8:30 and the fruit was gone and most of the potatoes. Thank goodness for the Dennys across the street. I also clearly booked showing a toddler. No bathtub room.

clean, friendly staff, very accommodating and willing to help. Nice pool and hot tub with out staff interruption. small but nice restaurant and bar. good burger.

First, their cookie was great. Room was clean and modern. I had a great stay! Would definitely go again.

On the 1st night of my stay, i left the room for lunch and i had asked to get my sheets changed and fresh towels. I was gone for about 5-6 hours, i came back and my sheets werent changed. I just wish they wouldve done it then, i didnt get clean sheets and towels until the last night of my stay.

Please tell the housekeepers not to knock on the door at 9am. I understood very clearly that checkout is at 11am sharp... I did not appreciate noisy knock at 9am for no other purpose than to wake me up...tooo sooon!

Very clean room, crisp odor. Bathroom was exceptional. Everything worked and was in order. Staff was friendly also.

Everything was fine. Nothing i didn't like.
