Stayed here twice (as a couple and hubby 4 times), really amazing personal, friendly and helpful, room was big enough, great views from the fifth floor, housekeeping is great, beds are good, breakfast is really nice, lot's of options, also healthy ones like oatmeal (!), free coffee and free popcorn in the afternoon, also open buffett dinner (free light meal). Lots of parking. Excellently located in phoenix with quick access to highway

Earplugs are not needed but if you're sensitive then it is nice to have since the road is nearby, and trucks drive by loud sometimes.

First off I encountered a mix-up in the location I wanted. Although it was advertised as non refundable, the receptionists at both locations were kind, helpful and quick to resolve issue, fully refunded. Our King bedroom suite was very clean, large and comfortable. Plenty of soft pillows and extra bedding for sofa bed. Quality shampoo,, conditioner and body wash. I can't say enough good about the hospitality of this hotel chain!! The included breakfast was not only a wide variety but very tasty, as was the surprising complimentary evening cocktails and buffet!

Hotel was easy to see from highway. Afternoon snacks were plentiful and delicious. We ended up calling them dinner since couldn’t leave dogs in room and couldn’t leave them in car while at 110* while we ate somewhere. And breakfast was wonderful with a big selection, held us over for most of day while we drove home. Every employee had a smile and inquired if there was anything we needed.

We couldn’t get the room door to stay open/unlocked as we were going back and forth between a second room.

Heated pool indoor/outdoor hot tub Free breakfast and dinner and drinks and snacks and the food was actually decent and everyone found some thing to eat that they liked. The staff was friendly and helpful!

It took a long time to get checked in the night we came in as there was only one person working there and a few people trying to check in - our family was pretty exhausted from a long day of traveling and we just wanted to go to bed.

The breakfast was very good. Had lots of options.the evening meal and beverages were. Good. The staff here is friendly knowledgeable. There is always someone here to answer your questions and help you. Rosa in housekeeping is a gem . if I needed anything for my room she was always accommodating. Enjoyed my time in jaccuzzi and pool.

Loved the pool's indoor/outdoor option. The dinner, drinks, snacks and breakfast were wonderful. I like that I didn't have to go anywhere else after checking in. Totally made me not mind the renovation going on at check in and check out.

There were no hooks or rod in the shower/ bath tub for dripping swim suits. There were no alcohol beverages like mimosas or bloody mary options at breakfast. Especially for a weekend. There wasn't a body lotion or hand soap dispenser over the bathroom sink.

Staff excellent. Very accommodating. Manager superb.

I think the food that is being served should be lots healthier. We are the fattest nation in the world and diabetes is killing our children. Let’s start there at your hotels and advocate for better, healthier options. Macaroni and cheese kids love but not so healthy. I looked around and all the kids were overweight. Probably 9 of th 10. Hot dogs full of sodium and scraps.

The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. The location was convenient to every where we wanted to go and right off the interstate. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and evening kick back meal and beverages. The food was hot with lots of choices. The pool was nice and it was great having it booth indoor and outdoors since it was extremely hot out during our stay. Towels were placed conveniently around the pool. Lots of chairs, tables and a few loungers.

Wished there would have been a safe in the room and the pool could have opened earlier than 9 am.

Staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The whole hotel was very clean. Having breakfast AND dinner included everyday made my trip so easy. I felt safe the whole trip. This hotel is near many things to do, especially if you have kids. Sealife aquarium and the crayola experience are just a short drive away. There are a lot of good places to eat, too. I couldn't have picked a better hotel. I was hoping for a good hotel stay, but it was beyond that!
