The bed was clean and the shower and toilets were clean. The room was cooled well. The lighting in the sink area was great! The lobby was nice. The breakfast was ok. Once I figured out I could order a breakfast burrito at the front desk it was a much better breakfast! The room on the one side was tucked back away from. The road so the rooms was fairly quiet.

The outside looked ruff. It seemed like they are probably working on things and going through a transition. The floors were a pretty vinal wood and looked very nice. However after we got out of the shower and walked around our feet were black. So I am not sure how clean the floor was. They use the soap and lotion dispensers that are locked into a base (no problem), but the bottles were dirty. They were also out of body wash in the shower. The pool area was closed and looked really ruff. (Again I am wondering if they are in the process of fixing things up.)

Close to everything

To Extremely close to 2 freeways… my bad. I just didn’t think it was gonna be that noisy all night. The blackout blinds in the room were broke, and could not raise it up. The caulking in the bathroom shower near the floor was all black with mildew. Not pretty to see. Lastly the bed was not comfortable. Room# 246 But let me make this perfectly clear, the employees we dealt with from Friday night to Saturday morning, and on the phone previous to checking in, were absolutely professional and extremely polite, and helping us do what we needed to do.

we loved our stay.: great location, very friendly staff, room has everything you need, quiet (both times we stayed there), dog friendly and no pet fee!! loved the design and especially the warm lighting. parking right in front of our room on main floor was super convenient especially when traveling with a dog and a lot of stuff. very comfortable beds, but during our second stay there one of the queen beds was an old spring mattress, you could feel the springs. we complained and were offered another room, but chose not to move since we had completely unpacked already and were too tired to move. it was ok. next time when we are traveling via Flagstaff we would definitely stay there again!!

PROS - I loved it!! the mattress was top notch, the sheets were xlnt quality and very high thread count, there were pillows in different sizes and firmness, everything for a great sleep. the shower was very nice and hot water plentiful, might be the best shower I’ve had in a motel/hotel !!! CONS - one minor annoyance was that the A/C was loud and I absolutely could not hear the movie I was watching on the TV when the A/C cycled on. FAIL - there was one complete failure that I really wonder how it could even exist. the sink was 99% clogged, such that if I ran water for 3 seconds the sink was filling with water. pretty gross to brush my teeth without a working drain! (I mentioned the drain clog to the staff and they replied that it would be cleaned out asap, which I have no doubt.) OVER THE TOP - the staff was terrific and pleasant. they notified me about their breakfast hours AND how they offer custom breakfast burritos or breakfast sandwiches, which they make themselves!! a very nice touch!! (I tried the bacon breakfast burrito and it was superb!!) PARKING - I was driving my truck while towing a small trailer. I found one particularly perfect parking spot in the corner. I saw one other rig parked parallel to the pool and maybe one or two spots on the other side, which could allow a rig to park parallel to a wall, and they were available. this means, if you are towing, you may be out of luck here, so be sure to ask in advance or you can do what I did - I parked first, then booked online, then registered.

Location is very convenient for anyone traveling on I-40 or I-17. The property is located across from a strip mall that offered several different dining options. There is also a Walmart very close by. The room was large and adequately appointed, and the bathroom and lavatory area looked like they had been recently updated.

I have noticed that many hotels for their breakfast service have begun using coffee machines that dispense supposedly freshly brewed coffee at the push of a button. This hotel was no different, but my experience is that the coffee dispensed from these machines is absolutely horrible. The morning I was there I took one sip and poured the rest down the drain. In general, the breakfast options here were not great here and items were not replenished by the staff when they ran out. I recognize that I was there during atypical conditions. The day before the area had been hit by a major snow storm, and Flagstaff had received over 2 feet of snow. That may have affected supplies and staffing levels at the facility.

The room was clean and comfortable. Also, it was quiet for sleeping, as we turn in early.

The darkening shade was missing from our room's front window. Also, the breakfast area wasn't really set up well as the chairs were still on the tables and the access to the food and beverages was a bit crowded and confusing. The breakfast sandwiches and burritos had to be ordered from the front desk, which was a little inconvenient. That said, it was a decent breakfast and much appreciated.

Check in was good. I'm on Federal Disability for Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and they gave me a disabled room. The lady at the check in counter was very nice. The rooms were very clean looking. However ...

They use "Fabuloso" on the floors. The smell was overpowering. It made my eyes water and gave me a migraine. I had to leave. I would ask the management reconsider this cleaning product as many people today are chemically sensitive and there are better, less offensive products to clean with.

Location was Awesome! Across the street from Walmart and close to alot of restaurants. The room was nice and clean. Nice shower, love how the floor in shower slopes so it don't clog and leave you in standing water. Hotel was good.

The free breakfast was horrible. Small not good breakfast burrito. I really think you could have done better. Didn't put much into sandwich breakfast. Coffee wasn't good. This is the only thing wrong with this stay.

The bed was comfy, the pillows not so much. They were so firm that I woke up with a headache. The breakfast was mostly cereal and toast and coffee. The breakfast sandwich was fine, but you got one per person. The check in staff was cheerful and helpful. The morning staff was overworked with having to fill breakfast items AND check folks out.

Most of the breakfast was empty at 8:30 even though it was supposed to go til 9 am. It was a little hard to find especially if you came from x-way.

This property was a great pick. The location was minutes away from everything that we wanted to do. It was also right across the street from a Walmart, which was nice since it was a little colder than we expected and had to go get new jackets. The room was nice and clean, and the heater works great. I absolutely loved the mirror in the bathroom. It was backlit, and it felt so luxury. There was also a fridge and a microwave in our room, which was really nice so we were able to reheat leftovers later on in the night. I also love the fact that there is two sets of curtains in the room. They give you a pulldown blackout curtain and then a sheer layover so that if you wanted some extra light in your room, but still some privacy, you can just pull the blackout curtain up and be good. they also offered breakfast, and you could actually get breakfast sandwiches or burritos there, which was a nice surprise. We got the burritos and they were small, but pretty good. I just wish they had more of a coffee selection. The coffee that they provided wasn’t the greatest , but like I said earlier, we were right around the corner from almost everything so we were able to find a good coffee shop within minutes.

The only issue that we had during our stay was parking. When we first checked in there was plenty of parking, but when we came back from a night out on the town, we had to do two laps before we were able to find a parking space which wasn’t even close to our stairwell. I was a little nervous that we were going to have to park at the hotel next-door and walk over. But thankfully somebody was leaving as we were pulling in the second time around.
