The price on weekends is very friendly, and the hotel is in a great location. The exterior looks old, but the room facilities are good, very comfortable bed, two soft and hard pillows, very spacious bathroom, and good quality disposable toiletries. It is close to I-40, but the soundproofing is good, and there is almost no noise. Although the breakfast room is crowded, the simple continental breakfast can still meet the requirements.

The only drawback is that the air conditioning is noisy, but the temperature difference between morning and night in this city is very large, and the air conditioning is automatically adjusted according to the temperature. It is not turned on at night, so it has little impact.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, including scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. One morning we were leaving at the crack of dawn to hike Humphrey's Peak. It was too early for breakfast hours, but they had bagels, bread, peanut butter/jam/cream cheese, cereal and milk all out that we could eat super early. SOOO nice of them. I enjoyed having a pool (older and unheated, but fun). We only stayed two night, but they had housekeeper service between the two!!! There was an ice machine, a tiny gym, and guest laundry facilities. Overall, very good value for money.

It's an older property, and it shows, especially on the outside, but the rooms have been recently renovated and are quite nice. The neighborhood's not really that great to walk around in, and the roads around are a bit tricky to navigate, but that wasn't a big deal for us.

Room was comfortable and we were so busy we never noticed the train noise. There was one close by and I remember reading about it in the reviews. We had a room facing the train tracks and I barely heard it once. Breakfast was delicious. We were in town for Geowoodstock XX and the hotel was in a convinent location for the different events and caching we did.

Having the option for an early checkin at no additional cost would have been nice. But we understand, we arrived early. We were able to check in without issue when we came back after checkin time.

We like the hot breakfast that was prepared and the clean room along with a restful night and with the professional staff customer service along with the ease to get around to different business and different places that meet our needs. We will be visiting this place of business again in the future.

We met only one staff member who had a bad attitube towards customers , she was complaining about her not getting enough rest and sleep and she showed her bad displeased work condition towards the customers that were checking - in but the other staff members showed great professional customer service with great concern about everyone service.

The staff is friendly and efficient. When I arrived to check in there were many people arriving at the same time. Still, the person at the desk was very patient, taking time to explain things well and giving attention to whomever stood in front of them. The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. A good breakfast was available with some hot options and seating was available. It was close to I40 and a short distance to Walnut Canyon and Sunset Crater National Monuments.

I enjoyed my stay and do not have any complaints.

We drove to Flagstaff to visit our daughter in College, I searched many Hotels in the area and the prices vary greatly, from $160 to over $500 per night. We booked a Friday and Saturday stay and this hotel and paid a total for both nights just under $400. The staff does not bother you at all and are attentive to your needs and polite. The breakfast was just what I personally always like, it has scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, oatmeal, cereal for kids, muffins, fruit, orange and apple juices, and most important, coffee, all free. The location is in a good location within walking distance from restaurants like Denny's, Outback Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel, Walmart and more. The facilities have been updated with new carpet, furniture, painting, counters etc.. but the facility is older. I don't need a fancy hotel, just a clean room, sheets, towels, breakfast and friendly staff and this hotel definitely met our needs at the best price.

I am older and I have a nice bed at home.. the bed was a bit stiff and I had stiff back, which is the usual when I don't sleep in my be at home. Not a complaint, just something to consider if every changing out mattresses, get a little bit softer ones.

Location is right next to the freeway and convenience of Sam’s club, Denny’s or other places! Their continental breakfast was fine for my kids. It appears it’s a small family running it and everyone was nice and helpful.

The room looked like it hadn’t been fully cleaned. The previous persons trash was still there and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed because crumbs and trash were still on the floor.

Convenient off the freeway.

The staff needs to educate themselves on service animals. They violated my ADA rights by asking for my dogs identification, and asking for my disability information. I’m a disabled veteran 💯 and I was tired and presented MY ID but explained I do not need to show them anything regarding my dog. He wears his service dog vest. They argued with me and charged me a pet fee which is also not correct!

Not a luxury hotel, but truly excellent for the price. The buildings need some updating, but the king bed I had was VERY comfortable, the room was large, there was a large mini-fridge, a microwave, dresser, and a nice TV. There were large nightstands on both sides of the bed with 4 newer outlets at each one (even luxury hotels get that wrong). The only issue was that the AC, though excellent at cooling, took some getting used to as the fan automatically came on and off. There was no button to leave the fan alway on. Breakfast was adequate… mostly carbs with some scrambled eggs and sausage that I didn’t try. Good coffee and juice. For an inexpensive place to sleep and relax with a great location, NOT a resort vacation, it was great!

Buildings need more updating. AC didn’t have a “fan always on” setting. Shower was great but the bathtub stopper didn’t work.

We were passing through, just picked something randomly that was priced respectable. We just needed to sleep. So we were there around mid night for 6/7 hours to sleep then off in the morning. Service guy was friendly. We were downstairs room, clean, smelled good, looked nice. We were right by office so felt super safe in general. In the am there is a cute breakfast with waffles and all that. It was busy too. Lots of ppl taking advantage of it. The same guy was working. I asked, do you get to sleep?! Sweet man. I would stay here again for sure.

The curtain in the room wasn’t closing all the way, so light kept shining in, I placed a pillow on the ac thing to hold the curtains closed. Other than that it was great! Lol
