Breakfast. Toast, cereal, waffles, juice etc. Breakfast from 6am to 10am. Don't leave it too late as the coffee and hot water get cold and makes it necessary to nuke it in the microwave. Heavy truck traffic dies off late evening, slept well. Not far from the local laundromat.
Nothing really. Price for the night was a little hexxy.

A comfortable pleasant place. We had no parking problem although we couldn't park close to our unit due to some very careless parking by others. The road is busy but we heard no noise in our unit. Other units probably heard some noise.
The television was difficult to turn on but after that was done it was okay.

Location was great. Breakfast was okay for what you got. If you want a real Breakfast go next door to the restaurant!
You had guest on Saturday taking up 2 parking spaces, understand the work trucks but not the guests with little cars. Was told to park across the street. Not enough parking for full hotel with rude guests!

Breakfast was ok more than a continental breakfast. Location was good easy to find right off the main road. room was clean. Was a little old looking in the bathroom. Caulking was dried up which made it look old. BAthtub was old but clean
Carpet. Carpet is gross. Upstairs guests were noisy and kept throwing there cigarette buts near out truck. I picked up the buts because I didn't want anyone to think they were ours because they were on both sides of our truck.

Easy and welcoming check-in. Staff member was kind to offer us a choice for room area. Clean and comfortable bed. Spacious room.
There was a generator or motor of some kind running (maybe in restaurant behind our room) the whole time. It was a bit loud and I struggled to sleep but everything eke was fine.

Better than we expected. Friendly staff clean room. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but a 1 minute walk to a good breakfast restaurant. We will stay here on our next trip to Parker.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was carb and sugar-heavy but with a decent amount of options. The beds were comfy and clean.

Loved the clean room & loved the breakfast. Also, the staff were friendly. We had a little miss hap at the front desk ( it was my fault), but the lady working that day solved it.
Everything went pretty well. Hoping the next time we're visiting it goes the same.

Everything was good.
I didn't like that at my arrival and checking in, the receptionist was no where to be found. Waited a long time and nobody would come help me.
