Easy check in. Comfy bed. Nice location right in downtown walkable to everything. Fridge in room. Tv worked well. Nice conditioner and shampoo. Cutest porch out to the pool area. Very cold air conditioner. Let the water get hot, seems like it wont it will. Left my jewelry there and they hung onto it for a week till I came back off the boat. I was so worried and they took care of me. So unbelievably affordable.

When it comes to road trips and last minutes booking, this exceeds any expectations one might have. A change of mind, heading north instead of south, two and half hour drive, the key safely hidden, and a small and petit classic motel room that's as clean as your mother's soul. It's worn, obviously, but there's an important difference. You can be worn and and used, but still be sparkling. If I ever come back to the area again, this is my first choice. No doubt.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. Right now I'm sitting in a motel one day's ride away from Page, on a pillow to avoid getting stains on my pants, regretting some of today's travel choices.

Everyone was so nice that worked there. It’s a pretty good place to stay for the price. It has a really beautiful court yard with a gorgeous pool. The pool wasn’t open when I stayed but it looked great. The pool guy was super friendly and very knowledgeable about surrounding attractions.

The shower wasn’t that hot for long, but it’s also an older place. So not that big of a deal.

The facility was a motel but, it seemed clean. Had a kitchenette but, no where to sit outside.

We had made a reservation months before for king bed. When we got there she said she was overwhelmed with reservations and gave our rooms away and we got 2 full size beds. She was very sweet but…why were we not a priority when we reserved a long time ago.

We had a room with access to a patio that led to the pool. Such a great escape from the heat after a long day of hiking. We were well within walking distance of great restaurants and close to a number of different excursions.

We could’ve used more service for the room - taking trash/restocking the bathroom. We were able to get more shampoo from the front desk but had to wait until someone was there to help us.

Everything was great, I could park my car right next to my entry door which was perfect for caring luggage. Room was spacious, clean, with patio and view on the pool. Bathroom was big, clean, with everything I needed like shampoo, soap, hair dryer. Bed was super comfy!

Wifi wasnt working at the time I was there.

Lake Powell Canyon Inn is centrally located near the middle of town. Multiple Restaurants within walking distance. Bonus - the Inn is next door to a local bowling alley. Reasonably priced. Clean. Just what I was looking for.

I don't have any complaints.

Staff was very helpful even when I thought I lost the key to the room. They helped open the room whenever I needed to go in. It didn't help that they didn't have a duplicate. But everybody was very cheerful despite me bugging them to open the room.

There is very little to complain about here considering the price you are paying. This is not the fault of the inn but people would park right outside your room, which caused me to park outside someone else's room. Like I mentioned in my likes, I thought I lost the key to the room which caused me a lot of stress. It didn't help that they didn't have a spare and they were considering replacing the entire lock. I know this is entirely my fault for misplacing the key but electronic key cards would have been a good solution for situations like these since you just need to create a new key if the customer loses the key. Perhaps this is something the inn managers could invest in. On the flip side, this was a good opportunity to show the great customer service they have here.

The place has a great location. And the price value is great.

There was a lot of noise from a couple of rooms during the night and there is no staff to assist during the night. We wanted to do an early check in since we arrived an hour before but the staff opened at 4:15 PM.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The air went out and they fixed it as soon as I informed them. The location is great and the pool area very nice. The price is fantastic also!
