Location is excellent. I enjoyed the jacuzzi . Pool towels were out so I asked the front desk and got some immediately. Sausage at breakfast looked like yesterday’s sausage warmed over and put out again. On Sunday morning trash cans in the breakfast area were overflowing. I mentioned it to the desk clerk. The pancake machine was broken.

Room was large and clean. Breakfast was decent. Air conditioner worked great.

Room was reserved for 3... Was provided two hand towels and bath towels and one washcloth. Since housekeeping only provides service after every third night, we had to ask for everything. Even after we had service, we had to ask for a box of tissues, water cups.

The staff was very friendly no matter what time of day or night. The room and all facilities were clean, and it was quiet.

The tv in the room was small and only faced forward to one side of the bed. It was in a spot furthest away from the sitting area in the room.

Bed was super comfortable

Facilities were obviously old. Toilet clogged in the middle of the night. Elevator call button was almost inoperable. Little things that showed a lack of maintenance.

Love making waffles. The breakfast is delicious. The staffs are wonderful

My husband is disabled. I wish there was no glass door in the bathroom. I'm always worried he will fall against the glass

So convenient and only about a five minute drive from my job! The front desk receptionist Zoey I believe her name was helped me and my boyfriend check in and check out. She was so sweet and welcoming. Definitely the perfect person to greet guests!

There was a hole in the bathroom door. Looked like someone put a fist through door. Room door would not close unless we picked up door to lock

The bed is comfortable, the breakfast food Is ok..great location around alot of stores.

The room has an odor from the dirty carpet. The hallway carpet smelled as well.

nice breakfast. clean room lovely pool. kind professional lady at desk, Jennifer. added to a very pleasant visit because she is so nice and helpful.

didn't get my 2 am wakeup call. good thing I woke up myself. would have missed my flight at 5am. I couldn't get the alarm clock to work. but then I am not technical person!

The property was well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to decorate the room I booked for a birthday/anniversary and it was beautiful! Thanks again for the great stay!
