Room was clean although the motel was a bit old, I booked this motel for the location, which proved to be great for my itinerary. I also walked every morning and found a nice little neighborhood route through a couple of parks. I didn't partake of the breakfast. The staff was excellent as I had a nightmare of a trip down with cancelled flights and they helped a lot with arriving in the middle of the night and dealing with my lost luggage.

There seemed to be room for a leisure chair, but the only chair available to sit in was the desk chair, so I made due. I didn't realize there was an air force base near, so the mornings were a bit noisy. Also, I asked for housekeeping in the middle of my stay, but they didn't make it until the next day. However, I flagged down one of them for additional towels.

Breakfast is included which is great BUT this time I was not allowed to bring breakfast back to the room to my husband, we have stayed at this place, even when it was a Best Western, and always bring my husband his breakfast but they said the owner stopped because to much food was being taken. All they need to do is take a ticket for each breakfast to make sure only a meal person - Simple. Not trusting your customers will also not bring them back. Very disappointing.

It was really quiet, clean. The bed, pillows and linens were really comfy. Good shower. The staff was really nice, helpful.

The room smelled like a locker room, like dirty socks… the carpet probably needed a deep cleaning. Otherwise it was very clean Breakfast was minimal, and half-and-half curdled in the coffee.

My daughter and I checked in pretty late, but the clerk was super nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was so, so comfortable. We also went for the complimentary breakfast the next morning, and that was also very nice. Thank you for the great experience at a very reasonable price!

The airline did not deliver our luggage and my credit card was blocked even though I have notify them of my trip. The staff was so helpful in making it possible for us to check in, with a bit of extra toiletry to help with our not having personal items with us.

I liked everything about this hotel. Because we will be back to visit our relatives, we will stay here again.

rooms are clean and staff is great. Little nosiey with train and road but for what its worth that is obvious if you have good situational awareness. i typically stay at hiltons or hyatts. im finding that the Quality brand motels are giving an effort to the brand that should be comparable or to be seen nipping at the heels of the hotel brands Hilton and some Hyatts. this year ive stayed equally at Quality and Hilton. im finding Quality to be cleaner, and friendlier staff by far. room service now at some Quality locations is a wise addition .

Location was ideal for spring training baseball parks, shopping, and access to northern destinations. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly (especially the "caretakers" of the breakfast room!) Will stay again.

Train line and air base close by made for some noisy moments.

Super friendly staff. Facilities in great condition. Comfortable beds and a great-sized room.

A little outside noise, especially if you have street view, but that is clear when you are choosing the location. Also, they provide earplugs to help.

Nothing about the motel at all. Staff are very friendly and obliging. The lady on day shift is an ex Aussie so we had a great chat.

Just a little too close to Grand avenue and if your room was close to Grand avenue you got a little bit of road noise
