I can't say anything we didn't love about the Best Western in Surprise! Staff was great! Beds were comfortable! Breakfast was great! Didn't really hear people in other rooms! Clean! It was wonderful!

There is not much handicap parking. The deal breaker on choosing a hotel for us is there MUST be working swim pool & hot tub. I ALWAYS call ahead before I book a room to make certain these work. Well, the pool wasn't heated & the hot tub wasn't heated, and of course they were supposed to be! And when I called ahead I was told they were in working order! In fact we were told that they were in working order but that they weren't allo to turn the heat up in them! That's the deal breaker for us, so... Honesty would have been greatly appreciated, and it may affect if we stay stay there again, which is sad, because it IS a great place!

Our room had a sitting area with a half wall separating it from the "bedroom". The TV was in front of the bed, so I could read or write in the sitting area. The bathroom had a nice sized countertop, water pressure was good. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. They a lot to choose from...waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, yogurt, donuts or sweets, milk, juice, good coffee.

I really hate that all the hotels we've stayed at recently, including this Best Western don't clean & resupply your room each day. You have to request it. At the very least, I'd like fresh towels, supplies replenished & trash emptied. They DID pickup the trash outside our door promptly though. Also, would like a removable shower head. That said, I felt it was a good place to stay.

It was easy to book and only a few minutes from the hospital where Dad was after an accident. Friendly staff. Clean and in mostly good repair.

I wish they had a hospital rate. The price was exorbitant because of spring training. I had to have my key reprogrammed every day but service was fast & friendly. The elevator was a bit sketch but otherwise good property, and I’m picky.

Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was perfect for a family with kids that need to go to sleep before parents want to. 2 beds in one area a door and a bed in another area

In Room 123, the bathtub emitted a creaking and cracking sound from the tub floor upon stepping in and moving around‼️ Not Good‼️ The counter top also creaked and cracked near the sink area when you leaned on it‼️ The bed clunked on the left side facing the TV‼️ My stay was only from 2:00 Am on the 30th of Mar until 12:00 PM on the 30th of Mar… I plan on staying there again, as the staff was great and the location is terrific👍🏻👍🏻 The room was nice with a few hiccups… All in all, a short stay at a nice facility👍🏻👍🏻

The location is very convenient traveling from Kingman to Phoenix, really couldn't be better. The staff was very courteous, taking care of a small personal request upon arrival, and professional the whole time. Everything worked just as it should.

Leaving so soon was tough. We were traveling across the country, and wouldn't have minded staying longer.

I had a complimentary room upgrade. It was a pleasant surprise for me.

I would slightly increase the size of the refrigerators in the rooms. But it's not a big deal overall.

My family loved the way the rooms were set up. It was wonderful to have a king and 2 queen beds as an option so no one had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed. This set up should be utilized in other hotels. The outdoor patio/balcony was nice too.

The check-in process was smooth, easy and desk clerk exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was THE BEST we've had in a very long time!

There truly was nothing we didn't like about this location.

The room was a good size. We liked that it had a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, desk, etc. The breakfast every morning was amazing! It was close to stores and restaurants... literally in the same parking lot. Overall, great stay.

The lady at the front desk wasn't very pleasant, and the pool was dirty.
