talking with the staff, especially kyrie the big boss of the hotel. the young lady is always ready to talk to you about your concerns even though she is always busy with something to make sure that everybody's stay can be way more comfortable and always a smile on her face.

The prices, Every time that I book with them, I always feel like I'm jumping thru fire hoops. There is always a different price when booking at the hotel or calling a booking company or just seeing a different price online. and when you go to book, before you can confirm the booking. Th e price goes up. At the time your tired, its late so you let it go. I have let it go for the last time.

•lots of parking •didn’t smell like cigarettes or marijuana inside the halls or room. •breakfast….muffins and coffee was served •staff was friendly

•elevator was down but staff gave me a free upgrade and put us on the second floor my mom is 75 so it was perfect. •the bathroom door in room 224 didn’t close all the way. was either swollen from the moisture in the room after showers or because the door hinges were not in properly. •my mom didn’t like the noise from the tire shop but I didn’t mind it was like being at home near the freeway. Arizona is very quiet compared to los angels.

The location is snack in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Close to all the places I needed to travel to during my stay. Perfect location

The fact that all the doors are EXITS only. So instead of parking by the door closest to your room for easy access, you park and regardless of where, you have to enter thru the main doors and walk all the way to room. That was a bummer.

The bed was comfortable and the bed was big enough for me.

The room was a little dusty Dust was under the AC unit

It was great. If you’re planning on going just to sleep/rest and enjoy the city it’s a great stay and it’s accessible to everything!

Room, staff, location, price. All of these things are that determine a hotel. ESA checked all my boxes.

The 1st room we received was unacceptable due to heavy cigar/marijuana smell. When we requested another room staff didnt hesitate to accommodate us and actually upgraded us to a suite which gave us more room and privacy when travelling as a family. Our overall.experience was very good and we would stay here again.

The room was clean, Location was acceptable, no loud traffic or neighbors.

The pool was not cleaned for use. Sofa bed had no extra bedding covers/sheets.

breakfast was only coffee and wrapped pastry and granola bar. least it was something

The room in itself. Kitchen and spacious. Reasonable price. Supplement for pool being closed or at least a warning that pool is not open so lower price...

There was no security. The pool is closed due to "covid". The check in girl stayed in the backroom taking a while to assist customer and as far as the room to desk phone service goes. Non existent. Police are allowed on property

Fairly clean and had great ac.

The carpet smelled slightly of feet.
