Unfortunately I arrived late and checked out early. Personally I came because of the artistic and industrial vibe of the hotel. I do a lot of industrial style work with my business and it's nice to see that unique flavor in a hotel. I've submitted some sculptural art in the past for their annual juried exhibit but now se they tend to use more wall art than 3 dimensional pieces. The room was comfortable and I really liked the shared sink design. Overall I would stay there again when I come through town

My stay was too short. And for whatever reason, I felt the coffee maker in the room seemed out of place. It almost felt like an after thought in the design. Let's make a cool industrial style bed frame with an attached work desk and a cool arched overhead light. Oh wait, we should add a coffee maker but where should put it...how about on the table at the foot of the bed. This is such a minor thing, having a coffee maker is great. It would have been cool to have it on its own little industrial style drink cart or something and it would have kept the design flow better. But again this by no means is a negative. Just me thinking more artsy than anything.

Most of your staff are great, they are very attentive, and made our stay very comfortable. We loved the suite we stayed in. The location is convenient, it's in a beautiful neighborhood.

We had an issue with the late check out that we requested. Apparently it wasn't communicated. And the lady at the desk couldn't care less about our request and said no She called us back and and said it we could check out late. We didn't like the enteraction, so we decided to leave. We discussed it with the manager an she gave us no response at all. We requested the late check out the night we checked in, and maybe on the website. Our stay was great, it just ended weird.

The property had art work all over . I loved the focus on that . The property was very modern and had a unique look. I also like the fact the the elevators only work with a key card . I felt safe knowing that . The restaurant and bar on the main floor was so nice ! The staff was wonderful and I felt they wanted us to be comfortable with an at home feel .

We didn’t notice the sign and had to walk around to find the entrance. But maybe that was the vibe they were going with ? We were not quite sure about the area . We didn’t know if it was safe to walk around at night .

The room was beautiful, and I loved the layout and loved the design of the bathroom. It is so nice to stay in a hotel that is not generic! The bed was very comfortable (which is the most important part). The room was very quiet, and we enjoyed the restaurant/bar and shop downstairs.

I didn't like the surprise upcharges: the non-optional $25 "amenity fee" for standard things like access to the fitness center and having a Keurig in the room, and having to pay $14 a day for parking was also a surprise. Still cheaper than a garage in the area, but we were not expecting to have to pay for parking.

There is nothing about this boutique hotel that I didn't like! We seriously cannot wait to return!! Soooo many amenities and perks from on-site restaurant, coffee bar, alcohol bar, swimming pool with bar service and music, room service menu, and a Gelato bar.. with a coupon for a free scoop with the room!!! The room was luxurious and spicey! At first, I thing I would be uncomfortable with the bathroom being exposed to the bedroom area (small open window area, and clouded glass), but it a little sexy and actually, fantastic! Maybe not a first time traveling together when you're dating as you may not be comfortable bathrooming next to your partner... but, there are private public restrooms next to the elevators, should you need a moment alone, haha. The showers are AMAZING!!!!!!!! I didn't want to leave it! It's made out of concrete, there is a long bench, and two water heads that you can aim. The bed is very cozy, and VERY large, great pillows, linen, the works! The location can't be beat! Many walking areas in the neighborhood around and even the Japanese Gardens next door! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel, and keep asking my husband when we get to return!

Absolutely nothing... except that we had to leave!

The room was modern and spacious. The bathroom setup was amazing! We had a view of the park and other downtown buildings. The hotel itself is so modern and has so much cool art everywhere! The sweet potato old fashion at the bar downstairs is delicious! We could easily walk to so many cool/unique spots. We planned to use the scooter to travel further downtown but didn't need to because there were so many great places nearby (Roosevelt Row)! Would definitely stay here again!

The only small thing that could've been better is some type of hook or magnet to hold the black out curtain against the wall. It let a small amount of light in while we were trying to sleep in. But honestly that wouldn't deter us from staying again. More of a suggestion. ;)

Myself and my husband got married in Vegas the week before our stay in Phoenix. We road tripped to Phoenix via the Grand Canyon and we stayed in numerous motels that were of average quality. The day we arrived in Phoenix we decided to treat ourselves and spend a bit more on a hotel and we are so so glad we did! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the location was perfect and it was the exact amount of comfort we needed after a week of travelling and sleeping in roadside motels!

We weren't aware how strict Arizona was about accepting identification in bars. As we were travelling, we didn't want to walk around the city with our passports, so we were using our UK issued driving licences which we'd used in other states so far on the trip. We did have to go back to our hotel to get our passports so we could enjoy a drink with our dinner. Absolutely no fault of anyone's, we would just like to reccomend that maybe it's added to the welcome booklet in the room.

We had an event to attend at 1pm and wanted to be able to check in a bit early to put our things in the room and freshen up a bit. The rep at the desk stated she would try her best to accommodate us but that it was likely going to be very close to 1pm before we could get in. She called us back at 1130am to notify us that she was able to get our room ready for us. This is excellent customer service that is hard to find these days.

The bar closed at 12am on a Friday night.

The King Suite with a balcony is by far the best room I have stayed in. I was super impressed with the lay out and the balcony was full length with outdoor seating. A robe and slippers were provided and the toiletries were ample and smelled wonderful. My daughter had boked a regular king room and was not so impressed with the size of the room. The king deluxe is worth paying a little extra and is even better if you get a room with a balcony. They really made balcony an extension of the room where you can lounge comfortably versus a tiny box area that you wouldn't really use.

I did not like that the restaurant menu was slim and what was offered for lunch was more appealing then dinner. Lunch items are not able to be made if it is even a minute after the time for when lunch ends. The gentlemen taking orders was so nice and tried but the computer would not even allow him to enter my order into the system. The pool area was also very small but it was quaint, adequate amount of lounge chairs and the water was relaxing all the same.

The industrial design of rooms. Easier with pets with non carpeted floors. The desk personnel / check-in was very kind and helpful. The ability to take the pet ( dog) walking in the area and in all areas of hotel was a bonus.

That the breakfast area opened late (7:30 even for take out) . Couldn’t grab a bite before leaving. In the well appointed room , One spot had a small unprotected sharp shelf edge ( the open lower shelf of the table without the tv stand). Would have also liked a small hook to latch a pet leash somewhere in the room.
