The atmosphere was really quaint, it was upbeat with the little bar, the great swimming pool and large hot tub. We didn't even notice the cannabis, so if that off puts you don't worry about it. It. The staff was great. They called you back right away if you needed them. I really enjoyed our stay.

So, I really liked this place, however, there were little things. Like one of the outlets wasn't all the way in so you could see the wires, there was this really strange cord underneath the dresser below the TV that had multiple ends with things plugged into it and it didn't fit neatly underneath because one of the cords came around the leg of the dresser.

Always love the rooms. The staff is Amazing and is a great reason i will come back. Snacks could use more variation. Since some chips were out and only had Diet Coke and Dr.Pepper but D.P. was not chilled but still good. No Breakfast served anymore 😭. The pool had alot of fuzz, dirt, leaves, and misc.F.O.D.(foreign objects and/or debris) floating in pool. But, it was still so great to swim because it is much needed for my health issues with my legs. So, i rate it a 9.8 out of 10😁👍🎆

I absolutely loved the vibe and ambience of this hotel! It was indeed cannabis friendly and had a beautiful pool and large hot tub. I loved the fact that multiple people could have their own space in the hot tub and enjoy it somewhat exclusively without it being too crowded. The pool was fairly warm and I enjoyed the cute bird floatie they had for guests to use at the pool! They also offered entirely complimentary snacks and drinks at any time which was awesome! A big perk to returning for another stay in my opinion. I booked a suite and the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom had a full tub/shower and the beds were very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to be back the next time I visit Phoenix 5 stars all around!

The staff was quick and friendly upon checking in and out. Loved the pool and hot tub, and that it closed at midnight! Liked the set up of the room. Loved all the mirrors. Bedroom was spacious and full of light. Liked that it was COLD bin the room, it was 106 degrees when we arrived. There was entertainment going on when we were there.

Kind of dark in the front room. Couch/Futon in front room was broken Bathroom needs some updating.

All common areas were clean and my room was clean with no foul odors.

I didn’t have glass doors on my closet…only a curtain on a metal rod. I would’ve preferred to have coffee in my room and not have to go to the lobby everyday for coffee. I was not told about or shown the cannabis lounge.

From I walked through the door the staff was amazing checking in was great my keys was already waiting for me. Facility was great love the pool area. Manager went above and beyond for me and brought me a beautiful desk and chair for my to do my class work. I will definitely have to visit again when I come to visit my son in GCU College

Love the location and the pool is amazing. They have open mic night on Fridays and it was lovely to swim with live music in the background.

There was a large sticky spot under the table in the room and lack of hand soap in the bathroom. Not the worst, just a little annoying.

The location was great. I liked the roll in shower and amenities. The staff was great. Paid a resort fee even though I didn't use it as I am in a wheelchair. But I will go back when I can utilize the resort to the fullest.

I really like how convenient the location of the hotel because it is in the middle of a lot of places to eat, drink, shop and such. Area is in a safe area that I was comfort to leave my vehicle in the parking lot. I also did not get any negative vibes in the hotel itself. Loved the warm welcoming vibes.

Softer carpets & higher water pressure.

The linens were crisp and clean. You have msnbc, love that!! Thank you! Loved the ample parking. The digital check in is fantastic!!

Some maintenance issues (very loose sink faucet, broken bathroom wall plug) but I’m not complaining.
