Great location, lovely staff, great price! Traveling for softball and this hotel was was perfect! Staff was amazing! No breakfast but didn’t matter, I fast! Coffee was amazing and available all morning

I’m assuming there are residents at this property. Kinda weird but seem to be watchful and friendly.

Location was central for our visit. Facilities were clean. After requesting new pillows (twice), bed was comfortable.

The place was very busy and only 1 front desk staff who was working exceptionally hard. But forgot to exchange pillows at my first request.

Thoroughly enjoyed the property however I felt extremely bad for the staff as their hands were tied and many things that could make the place even better. The owners sense of reality for today’s economics is less than stellar.

I was very unimpressed at how the staff’s hands were completely tied and so many areas when it came to just booking the room. I mean, if the owners would realize that this is the 21st-century 2024 and the Apple Pay and Chime and all those other wonderful online banking tools used the exact same money as US Bank or Bank of America life would be so much easier. When you don’t even give your general manager the opportunity to make decisions why do you have her just a micromanage somebody I mean save yourself the money and call and have the house cleaner do it.

This is our fourth stay here in five months, it’s one of our favorite places to stay. The price is always right, the rooms are always pleasant, the pool and the hot tub are our favorite part as they are clean with the perfect setting. The location is perfect as it’s not in an area that’s overcrowded by businesses, but close enough to a lot of places where you don’t have to travel far to do activities. Elia Seems to always be at the check-in desk whenever we’ve been there, and she’s great and always gets us well taken care of.

The only thing I recommend would be to have a couple of more towels and more bars of soap available in the room.

I liked the location, not far from Old Historic Scottsdale, and next to the Vista del Camino Park. With all the rain recently we had an enjoyable walk through the park, and saw egrets and herons! I also used the pool and spa once, and it was clean and quiet. When we got to our room someone helped us with navigating the menu on the TV; the staff were all very helpful and friendly!

There was a group of motorcycle riders staying at the hotel, and our room was very close to the bikes. Lots of noise when they started up. Generally they were considerate, but motorcycles are noisy! Not sure what 3 Palms could have done, though. Would have been better to have a room away from the parking lot, on the west side, instead.

Stephanie was outstanding, as was Thomas at the front desk. Stephanie even drove me during her off hours. The room was good. Didn't use the pool or any amnenties.

The maintenance crew is seriously lacking. I believe Stephanie has already reported it to Sid but there were several instances of bad service: 1) Stood outside my door for over 20 minutes waiting on a maintenance man to open my door when my card didn't work. He should be fired! (It wasn't Sid.) 2) The Safe needed to be replaced - wouldn't lock - unacceptable. 3) the TV and showerhead needed fixing. I didn't know beds weren't made every day - would have ask for every other day.

Jessica at the front desk was the best! Our room had issues with the thermostat settings the first night. She made every attempt to remedy this and in the end upgraded us to an excellent room for free!! She was friendly, fun and very accommodating and up to any task to make our stay the best it could be! THANK YOU JESSICA!!!

Only SMALL issue were the rooms facing the park were warm at the end of the day and the AC, although trying it's best, wouldn't drop below 82 degrees. No fault of the staff, and again Jessica did and EXCELLENT job accommodating us(:

The window was open when we got there and we didn’t realize it until the next morning. We were also right next to the ice machine and were probably loud all night and half the hotel probably heard us lol. So check your windows! Also the button on the hot tub for the jets is kinda strange, you really have push it hard and fast to get it to work. Two minor issues.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was really nice as well.

They tell you the room key cards will deactivate if you get them close to a phone or a metal wallet. In the 3 days we were there we had to have our cards “reactivated “ 3 times. I have 3 zippered compartments to my small purse. Even having the keycard in the front and my phone in the back compartment was too close I really wonder if car keys and metal framed sunglasses should be added to the list because we were really careful about this. They should provide a different type of paper sleeve for them. This is really unacceptable. I’ve never ever stayed in a hotel where this was an issue.

Very easy to check in, we arrived close to midnight and the young lady at the front desk was an absolute angel, she had such a radiant smile and the sweetest personality. She immediately gave a first impression of care and hospitality. The room we booked was very nice, had a few small but noticeable wear and tear damages for use but nothing bad. Room was very clean and staged nicely, we did pass one housekeeper in the lobby at one point and she was very sweet to us. Checking out was a breeze thanks to the gentleman that took care of us. 10/10 experience we will definitely be returning here for future trips.
