The rooms are nice and have everything you could need.

I think the breakfast station needs a slight change. I think it is great to have something made fresh but there was 2-6 people waiting at a time for a tiny plate of cheesy eggs. The gal making them didn’t ask how many were needed, I think this is a nice gesture for those there will small children. I just had to get back in line to get enough eggs for my family. Then she stopped offering potatoes, so I assume you all ran out, which is also unfortunate. There should be enough for everyone.

I'm very impressed with the hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of parking spots in front of the entrance available and we didn't need to use the adjacent parking garage, which made loading and unloading the car much easier. I liked the fact that they actually take steps towards having a more eco friendly hotel and limit the amount of disposable items that people go through during the stay. Hot breakfast options were prepared fresh, there were ceramic mugs available for people dining in, jams were provided in large glass jars and baked goods weren't packaged in single use plastic. The area felt very safe and well maintained, which was one of our priorities. It was the best birthday trip experience I could ask for.

Facilities are very clean/organized/inviting. Staff were great--friendly and helpful. You can tell this is run by Westin!

Lots of noise from the road, and we were on the 4th floor--heard cars roaring all night. Also, seems like we could hear more of the hallway noise than I'd expect for how new this facility is...

Appreciated the attention paid to more eco-friendly products and practices within the hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially Glen at the front desk. Excellent location if you wish to visit the Desert Botanical Gardens- very close! Wonderful heated outdoor pool.

Parking was a bit confusing but once we got it figured out it wasn’t bad.

The beds - so comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud! Loved having a coffee making machine in the room. Decor in the foyer and in the rooms is lovely, modern, quirky and well thought through.

The breakfast I found uninspiring and boring… breakfast is my favourite meal and it disappointed I’m afraid.

I really enjoyed my stay overnight in the cool atmospher. My AC went out and I needed a quick place to stay. The location was convenient and it was very clean.

I had to pay a pet fee and my emotional support animal certificate didn't matter. Mental health is important and I feel this should not be a fee when you have certification!

The Element hotel is a very welcoming and clean experience. The price was reasonable, the room was clean and comfortable. I felt like I had everything I needed, the staff was very easy to work with. In conclusion I would stay here again

It was Beautiful property, clean and well maintained. Staff was prompt, attentive and friendly. Great Breakfast, friendly bartender and overall a great atmosphere in the place. A big home run for Westin, semi upscale with a budget friendly stay
