The staff was very kind and the location was gorgeous!

They really try to squeeze every dollar out of you that they can. Parking was $25 per night, whether you valet or park yourself. They also charge you for WiFi every 24 hours unless you join their rewards program (in 2023, it's hard to find a hotel that DOESN'T include WiFi). While those are listed, it just seemed a bit much for a place that you're already paying so much for.

We loved this hotel - a real luxury treat, with ultra friendly staff, a dream view and a great attention to details. Multiple nice spots to relax in the garden and the pool at sunset is a dream.

Really liked the room, view, fitness center and other amenities, particularly the pool. Hiking trails nearby are nice and also suitable for running. Restaurant was good but overpriced. Great place to relax, definitely a wellness/fitness theme.

The hotel/resort had a very corporate feel to it. Seems popular for business events - there was at least one large one during our 3-night stay. We were staying for a couple nights at the end of a longer trip elsewhere in Arizona on vacation, so it felt a little odd that many of the other guests were there for work. Had I known that I might have picked a different place. There's also not a lot to do/see/eat/drink in the surrounding area. 3 nights was plenty. Overall the ADERO seems like it doesn't know whether it's a resort hotel or a business hotel.

the property was great, food very high standard, pools lovely, staff generally very friendly and helpful. Lovely area

Plainly a policy of maximising revenue in every way meant that sometimes things appeared mean - charging for fresh milk to replace nasty powdered in the room was unworthy. Some guests were moved from a pool area with cabanas even though some were not being used, a few staff were rather officious!

The hotel was great. Each employee I encountered was extremely helpful. The food at Cielo was delicious. The pool area was very clean. And the view was incredible.

I checked into the hotel a little after 9 and Cielo closes at 10, room service was not an option at that time of night. I ate at quickly and ended up getting some food 'to go' as I felt bad eating so close to closing time. I was not able to be seated outside, the tables were already set up for the next day. There was no clear signage for the pool. When I checked in, I was told that that pool was on the 2nd floor. I followed the signs for the fitness center, I saw an employee and she told me how to get to the pool. I was disappointed that the Sky Top Bar was closed the night that I was there.

Lots to do between pools, games, and trails. Gym was great. restaurant tasty with beautiful view. staff were fast and kind. rooms cozy. location remote with breathtaking views everywhere.

I did NOT enjoy hidden fees, first off this hotel is great value for what it gives and compared to other resorts. hotel charges hidden resort fee, or it’s hidden on booking I would be fine paying resort fee included in room cost all together. it’s annoying to be told one price and it just keep climbing.

Beautiful, serene location with a great view. Everything was impeccably clean and both the hotel and room were well designed. The food was delicious and we loved the little touches like the free still and sparkling water fountains throughout. We’d stay again!

The massage I had was very good but overpriced.

Rooms, the views and the pool area were amazing. Great place.

I’m a stickler when it comes to annoying charges and being nickeled and dimed. Have to dock points for $25 to self park. Huge parking lot, 20 miles from big resorts so you have to have a rental car. It’s just pathetic to get hit with annoying charges when you’re already paying resort fees too.

very beautiful layout! staff was great. clean and smelled good.

Restraunt could use a mid-range food offerings. chicken strips, wings, pulled pork. etc…. not so many pricey items. one night of good high-end food is great but not every night.
