Room, pool restaurant, public area's very clean and tidy. Staff friendly

There seemed to be load music in the distance at times not sure if it was concerts from neighbouring hotels or sometimes from others guests possibly. I suspect there was more than one room cleaner. they did a good job but we suspect one cleane rushed through the room quickly often, for example leaving the kitchen bin out on the floor with no bag fitted and cupboard door open, bathroom bin no bags fitted. In comparison another cleaner paid attention to detail making the bed and aligning the pillows. No big deal but it was noticed, still appreciate what they did though.

The room was great. It smelled very strongly of bleach when we walked in and it looked like the couch had been freshly cleaned, so we knew that it was very clean, which was nice. The pool, mini golf course and tennis/pickle ball courts were fun!

They did not provide coffee filters; we had to use paper towel to filter our coffee :( .

Love the loft and the design of the place. We had a private terrace off the loft and we could see the mountains. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the huge tub and shower as well.

We had a smoke alarm battery go off in the middle of the night. Needless to say, sleeping was a bit difficult then. There should be a schedule of replacing those yearly to anticipate this. Why would you want your guests to suffer through that? I let the front desk know the next morning. They said they would replace it. No apologies. No, I hope you didn't have a rough night... Other than that, I would highly recommend the place.

The property was surprisingly quiet for this central location. The kitchen was just big enough and well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The extra bed in the loft was a nice touch. Staff was nice as well.

The property was older and needed some repairs and maintenance. The water heater is not large enough to fill the bathtub and the tub is not long enough to stretch out in, which was a bit disappointing. Finish was also peeling off inside the bathtub. A few items needed to be repaired but the technician was accommodating. Some things could have been a bit cleaner, and housekeeping staff did not speak English.

It was very clean and cozy. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The activities included were fun and the kids looked forward to the crafts. The kitchen had everything that we could possibly need.

The one thing that was rough was the mattress was very hard and painful. After the second night I happened to call up to the front desk and I was disappointed to find I had to pay a nightly rate for a mattress pad.

Great location, the villa was very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with equipment/utensils for preparing meals. Very convenient having a washer & dryer in the unit. The grounds were well kept. I highly recommend this resort.

As a previous reviewer had mentioned, the carpet in the villa looked decent, but will turn your feet/socks black walking around. Carpets need a deep cleaning! Bring slippers or flip flops!

The staff were lovely and allowed me to check in early. I very much appreciated that. The villa was spacious and most importantly, impeccably clean. There was everything in the kitchen that I needed to make meals. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were very nice. The location was perfect and while it was on a busy street, I could not hear the traffic from inside the villa. I wish I could have stayed longer!

My only suggestion would be that I had a ground floor villa and the privacy wall for the patio is so high that blocks the light and the view of the mountains. If renovations are ever envisioned, consider lowering the block wall and putting up something that one can see through.

We thoroughly enjoyed the included activities such as table shuffle and miniature golf. The gym was excellent! The walking trail was like a free trip to a botanical garden - signage and art everywhere too!

The main bed was too firm - but thankfully there is a queen bed up in the loft that was perfect. We also realized we couldn’t walk barefoot on the carpet as our feet got very dirty. We think it might be soot from the fireplace. I let a housekeeper know.

My mom and I had a girls trip here! Such beautiful scenery! The pool, The mini golf course, and their trail around the hotel all well put together. The kitchen was amazing and allowed us to cook our meals instead of constantly eating out. The restaurant in the hotel is very economical and offers happy hour daily !

The hotel is relatively close to the airport and should offer a shuttle there and back to their customers.

The property was well kept and clean. Walking into the villa was a nice surprise seeing the large open space with full kitchen, dining area and family room. It had a sofa and a love seat so we could all sit comfortably. The master bed room was large with a king bed. I really liked the large master bath with double vanity, tub, shower, and separate toilet room. The skylight over the vanity was a nice touch. The vaulted ceiling and high windows in the family room gave a lot of nice natural light. The mini-golf course is shorter then most but was still fun to play. We made good use of the workout room which had good quality equipment and was well equipped.

Our villa was along the road and you could hear traffic.
