Everything about the property was wonderful. Everything was always clean. The staff was very exceptional. Nice can’t say enough about the staff there. They are absolutely wonderful people and attend to whatever needs you might have. Sam, the general manager was spot on very knowledgeable willing to help every time we had a question and no concerns whatsoever. You made sure that our stay was perfect and it was seeing that myself and my wife was married while we were out there. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone and when I’m back in that area, that will be the place that I will stay for sure.

there was nothing about the property that I did not like.

So close to the west entrance, swimming pool and a hot tub if you want to get into the water. Even though this is close, peak hours of entry into the park can still take you 45 minutes just to get to the entrance which is 0.3miles away.

Be mindful of any double charges on your credit card. We were charged the resort fee (~$20 per day) at check out and then about a month later, there was a duplicate charge on my credit card for the same amount. I had to call up the resort and get the duplicate charge removed and they mentioned a credit card payment processing fault which is all fair but if I hadn't noticed the double charge, I would have had to live with losing out that money. There should have been a way on their end to figure out which clients have been double charged and rectify it without me having to call them up.

Everyone was courteous and very polite. GM was exceptionally pleasant he carried on a conversation with you everytime he saw you. He always ask how things were going and if we needed anything. Let us use the dining area to eat with family members. He went above and beyond to make our stay that much better. Will definitely stay again.

The GM was awesome he went out of his way to make our stay that much better. Every time he saw you he said good morning and asked if we needed anything. He let us use the breakfast area to eat with family members. He also carried on a conversation with you when he saw you. Very great place to stay I sure would stay again.

Nothing I loved it

its super clean, very professional. the staff is friendly and very courteous, beyond! breakfast was on point great location and the price is exceptional for such and an amazing stay!!!

nothing to not like. its got it all, location, great personal, family friendly very clean etc etc. i could go on and on! like i said nothing to not like.

I planned on only staying a day or two here but the staff, the comfort of the room and Bed were great. Breakfast every morning with a variety and plenty to eat. they have everything I need, laundry, fitness, a large enclosed doggy area, my entire start here has been closed to a week and this will be my hotel of choice whenever I come back to Chandler up

The management. Among the best we've encountered.

The beds. Not the fault of the hotel - my husband and I are used to beds with elevated head. Helps my husband breathe. We brought wedges and my husband's oxygen but he still couldn't rest comfortably. It was making him ill so we had to check out early to get him home.

It was clean and quiet for the most part.

Found lube under the mattress Water luke warm in shower Coffee pot was dirty.

The staff were all very friendly. The General Manager was extremely nice and very helpful. He walked us to our room and made sure it was ready in every aspect. He personally brought me a shower chair and took the ice bucket and filled it. He should be promoted to a position of training managers for all of Raddison properties.

Ice machine and vending machine near our room were out of order. The breakfast needs to include some protein items, such as eggs or meats or yogurt.

Breakfast is the lacking a little bit because of covid but all in all it was good. As long as I have waffles we're Happy. And coffee too. But there were quite a few other items there in addition so it was better than some places I've stayed in the area.

I think the swimming pool needs some surface work. Very rough and we did get some scratches on the texture. But again I'm not complaining because it was a very good rate. I did call a number of things to the attention of Sam at the desk but he was basically aware of things that needed to be fixed and he's in the process of working on them so that's a good thing.
