You know, for the price, and on a limited budget, I chose Wingate and it wasn't the first time, and will not be the last. I love the breakfast options, yummy waffles and great coffee! The staff at reception and on the dining area are great and accommodating.

Well, I had to go show the front desk that the microwave and refrigerator weren't clean. 🙃 Fortunately I didn't use either, but the young man said he'd get with housekeeping about it. And no way to shut the curtains which needed fixed, too, but again, fortunately I did need to be up early.

The Hotel was comfortable and a good value. I felt safe. Room was clean and quite. It is a small hotel, but that's ok. Bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Only one elevator. But hotel size, probably doesn't have room for second elevator. Breakfast was at 6:oo am, but I needed to be in training at that time, so I was able to take advantage of the breakfast. It would be nice if hotel offered some concessions for people that need to be somewhere before 6.

The breakfast was very well prepared and offered a good variety of choices. Nisha, the breakfast room attendant was particularly friendly and professional. Sam, the General Manager was also very helpful and professional.

Finding the hotel was a bit of a hunt. It is located on a side street immediately off the exit from I-10. The sign pointing the turn into the street is not really visible until the last minute so we missed the turn. Had to hunt around the area for another way to get in. But, found it and were otherwise pleased.

I still come back to this place every time. I'd rather spend the extra $20 here than stay at the competitive places nearby for cheaper. Plus, the breakfast is at the bare minimum good. Everyone at the front desk is really cool. If you have a problem, just be nice, and I'm pretty sure they can make your stay valuable. I also game while im here, so the wifi is excellent!

Maybe the location. It's behind a couple of big branded hotel companies, so people who don't do their research may miss the opportunity to stay here. But hey, more rooms for me and prices stay right there in the middle.

Everything about the property was wonderful. Everything was always clean. The staff was very exceptional. Nice can’t say enough about the staff there. They are absolutely wonderful people and attend to whatever needs you might have. Sam, the general manager was spot on very knowledgeable willing to help every time we had a question and no concerns whatsoever. You made sure that our stay was perfect and it was seeing that myself and my wife was married while we were out there. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone and when I’m back in that area, that will be the place that I will stay for sure.

there was nothing about the property that I did not like.

We were welcomed from the moment we entered. The lobby was welcoming, and the staff member was friendly. We came from a derelict hotel the night before, so our room wasn't quite ready. The clerk let us know and gave us the name of a small bar and grill not far away to get lunch while we waited. On site laundry was amazing as we were there for 10 days

So close to the west entrance, swimming pool and a hot tub if you want to get into the water. Even though this is close, peak hours of entry into the park can still take you 45 minutes just to get to the entrance which is 0.3miles away.

Be mindful of any double charges on your credit card. We were charged the resort fee (~$20 per day) at check out and then about a month later, there was a duplicate charge on my credit card for the same amount. I had to call up the resort and get the duplicate charge removed and they mentioned a credit card payment processing fault which is all fair but if I hadn't noticed the double charge, I would have had to live with losing out that money. There should have been a way on their end to figure out which clients have been double charged and rectify it without me having to call them up.

The breakfast was amazing! Waffles, protein, omelet, peanut butter and Nutella! It was fabulous. We had a house issue with a pipe and had to use it for 1 night and they were super helpful and kind. The manager Sam was so kind, attentive, and caring. He aided us with things when we needed it and was helpful with moving our bags. They are also pet friendly and this is amazing when u have multiple pets.

They are in the middle of upgrading the hotel so only minor thing is the bathtub could use and update. Very clean otherwise.

Convenient, right off the freeway. Comfortable

The first room that was given the AC unit was not working. The room was hot and stuffy. Went down to the reception desk to ask for assistance. They were unable to fix it and we were given another room. My previous stay I had a bigger refrigerator and this time it was too small.

Good location right of the interstate. Close to various stores.

The actual cost i paid of $138.69 plus the $60 incidental fee that should be returned after check out. I booked through BOOKING.COM but when I asked the desk clerk what the nightly fee was if I had just walked in without a reservation would be $99 including tax. What a rip off by Booking.com. Still waiting for my $60 return . thanks
