was quiet, the a/c worked really well, got really cold during the night, the beds were good, clean. shower, bathroom clean.

the floor was really dirty. the a/c was dirty by the filter. i checked in late so the window was down for security, i understand. but felt really impersonal, the checking in process. i couldnt see the ladies face.

For the price our room was nice and clean, that's our first goal. There are a lot of local workers living there on extended stays, so there was a lot of early morning and late evening noise. A few things in our room needed fixing and I alerted the front desk when we checked out. Overall it worked for us. We had nice, safe parking.

The staff was amazing! Amy and angelica were so nice helpful and profesional. Was greeted with a big smile both times i stayed there on 8/12 on a trip to El paso and on 8/19 going back home to California. When i arrived the first time on 8/12 i had requested a handicap room for my dad on the 1st floor so my dad would not have to walk too far. Which we did get and was much appreciated! Upon leaving the next day i asked if i could have the same room a week later on our way back home. Amy assured me that she would have it and when we arrived a week later we did. Rooms were very clean as well.

They were so kind to my dog n I like we hadn’t seen before arriving here to be put on the streets again!! I’m hoping to be there again real soon and didn’t want to leave n they treated us with the best love!!

That I couldn’t stay with my baby dog because this is our 3rd state homeless together and the staff was very understanding for once on our almost 2 month of homelessness!!!!!! Thanks so much for protecting my baby girl Luna!!!!!!

They allowed our dogs, and this was one of the most important features for us. They also allowed a week long stay rates as well. The whole wonderful staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were very appreciative of the rooms they provided for our family and our pets while we stayed at the Red Roof Inn on Ina. The are grounds were always clean and safe.

It was close to restaurants and freeway and most of the staff was very friendly and courteous.

There was one staff member requesting my husbands identification every single time we went downstairs just a few hours before checking out. After showing it a third time I refused to allow him to show it again and told her that; If she needed it than she should have taken a copy of it cos I rented the room in my name and it was my credit card on file so therefore I was the one responsible for him. I also told her if she harassed us again for it that I would be contacting the main headquarters.

Comfortable beds, great linens. ROOM VERY CLEAN. Was only there to sleep and shower. If was staying longer would have liked coffee pot and microwave.

No microwave. Was told had to pay for an upgrade room which is not explained in ad. $10 or more to get coffee pot and microwave. No coffee pot. Water in shower had Stop on dial. Would have liked it hotter. No ironing board.

I don't understand why people give this a low score? It is absolutely fine and comfortable. It is an out of town modern motel but people know that when booking so it's location isn't the most picturesque. There is a Denny's next door and everything was fine. Just hope our rating pushes up the score a bit

My request for getting a 1st floor handicap room was fullfilled which was much appreciated! Amy assured me on our return stay a week later the same would be available and it was and i thanked her for that. Great value as well. will stay there again in the future.

We didn't try the breakfast service, so I can not comment on that. I can say Rene (the overnight gentleman) was totally amazing! It was really late when we arrived and he went above & beyond in helping my daughter and I to getting settled in our room.

We had no complaints about any of the service. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
